How do you go to the admin centre?

If the user is using outlook they need to make a new profile as I understand - otherwise the old email address will still be shown even after a login prompt from outlook. Is there a slicker way to do that instead creating a new outlook profile ?

What if the Directory sync with Office 365 ? Then you will change it from admin center or AD local ?
