Camping Arctic Wilderness with Sailing Catamaran. Solo sailing adventure expedition from Nordkapp (Norway). Dinghy cruising. Sailing from Nordkapp (Norway) to Stockholm (Sweden) via Torne river on 3,9 m inflatable catamaran. 45 days and 2500 km. Sailing Norway, Sweden and Finland.
SUBSCRIBE to my channel: bit.ly/3wLa6vp
I started this sailing adventure expedition from Honningsvag near Nordkapp. I sailed away to south. It was very cold but every sailing day was nice in some way. Sailing catamaran was not the best for heavy or extreme weather. When I was sailing away from coast I had to be very careful as I was sailing on the ocean. I was sailing fast as winds were strong. I filmed this sailing video with gopro. I used Sandiline drysuit and it kept me dry and warm. I had many thermal clothes under it.

We will be releasing a new sail rig for inflatable boats and we absolutely love your extreme adventures! We especially like all the modifications you've made to your boats, such as the articulating bowsprits!

Wow an amazing capture of your spirit of adventure. Fantastic footage almost as if I was experiencing it myself. Doing it solo, without compromising the essence of beauty and power of nature and mostly the Hand of God. Your narration and blend of music was well balanced. I appreciate this video so much and hope to see much more.

Such a long and epic trip is worthy of many videos. I definitely would love to watch more of it. 45 days in cold and physically demanding conditions is really hard. My trips are far shorter, but I hike enough to understand that what you accomplished is nothing short of astounding. Well done!

Igor that was a truly amazing adventure. I stumbled across your video because I am currently obsessed with catamaran, proa, sailing canoe type boats. Once the video started, I was like I know that guy. Turns out I watched a video a couple years ago when you did the trip in Croatia on the Portland Pudgy. I now own a pudgy and partly because of your video. By the way did you like sailing and camping with the pudgy or the ducky better, Big thumbs up for your amazing sense of adventure. It is truly inspiring. best john

Air was 0 degres celsius at the begining. It was long winter. Water was very cold. I took that size as it is easy for transport and easier to paddle on the river. Bigger boat would be faster and more comfortable.

Dear Igor, thanks for your wonderful travellogue. For me it´s very inspiring to watch it and I congrulate you for that awesome achiement. By the way the method of taking pictures and leading the camera is quite professionell, as well as the cutting and the backround music is very fitting and quality made. Respect! I tried to follow your Route on Google earth and i find it real amazing to travel those waters by a rubber cat. Did I get you wright that you went from Narvik to Tornetrask by bus or Train? I just discovered your channel. Even though you did this trip 7 years ago it still is good to watch. I did a similar thing but used a Hobie cat 16 I. 1980. The Hobie speeds were much faster and stability better than an inflatable but no less exiting. And you could sleep on the trampoline very comfortable.
