【How to make pistachio paste】
① Peel pistachios (100g) and crush them with a mixer or mill.
②Put sugar (40g) and fresh cream (200ml) in a pot and warm over medium heat. Continue stirring with a rubber spatula for about 5 minutes.
③When it thickens and becomes yellowish, turn off the heat.
④Add pistachio powder to ③ and mix well for 1 minute on low heat.
⑤Let’s enjoy!

I love watching these on my Saturday night 😊 And Monday is a holiday here in America (Labor Day), so I have a three day weekend, yay! But I have to move at the end of the month, so I need to start packing so that I don't have to rush, like I did a few years ago. I bought the cardboard boxes to move but they're just lying abandoned on my living room floor 😅. It's past 11PM where I am so I would make too much noise packing right now. But I promise to start packing tomorrow! Hope you have a relaxing weekend and stay cool indoors! It's been a very hot summer for most of the world this year!

I really admire how patient you are; I would not have been bothered to remake the meat-wrapped rice balls at the beginning 😅 It was satisfying to see how well they fit inside the bento box though! As always, your fruit sandwiches (and fruit toast this time too) made my mouth water! The melons looked especially delicious 😋 I've never commented on your editing or such before, but I have to tell you how much I loved the music you chose in the final segment with the 12 onigiri bento. It was so cute and catchy! I was tapping my fingers as I watched 😃

Ive been watching your videos and i love them but....I hope this doesn't sound rude but Ma'am if you want to loose weight you really must slow down on the pork....and cheese😫🙏 (Also try to avoid eating sugar with carbs as the combination can be fattening, try eating them separately)😘🙏

I've never seen salt water used to prevent fruit from browning before. I've always used water with lemon juice in it, it's cool that you can do it another way.

If you like sweet and salty foods, you might like bacon-wrapped dates (sometimes stuffed with nuts or goat cheese) or melon slices wrapped in salty cured meats like prosciutto. Those combinations are very yummy (I am also a salty-sweet person).

On average how long does each bento take to make? These videos have been relaxing to watch. I got covid (it was mild and I'm okay) but my sleep has been off Q.Q I haven't been hungry either so at least these videos help me feel full ^.^

Actually it depends on the day but on average, it takes about 30 minutes to an hour. Cooking is one of my favorite things to do, so maybe that's what keeps me going in the morning🍳Thank you!

I also don't like using too many pans, and become stubborn if the pan is too small x) Washing oil of dishes is annoying, haha! Do the fruits not go dark, if the box waits until lunch? Toasts look great but i'm scared they will look less appetizing after waiting for the break at work ^^;

To prevent discoloration of fruits, I soaked the sliced bananas and figs in lemon juice for about 5 minutes, as well as the apples in salt water. And my husband always carries his bento with coolant in a cool bag during the summer. In addition to that, he puts it into the fridge as soon as he gets to the office. So, my husband said the fruit toast bento was safe again this time, but if you are storing it in a place without a refrigerator, it may possibly discolor. I hope this will help.Thank you!

You are so awesome!! Please cut away from you...I'm so nervous you're going to cut yourself. Hold the grapefruit or citrus down and cut around from the top, NOT from the bottom up. And if you soak the onions in buttermilk it wont stick.😮😅😊
