Here is my 45 Min Rebounder HIIT Cardio Workout// Abs Finisher. This is a sweaty HIIT 32 MIN CARDIO workout, which finishes with a solid 10 min core finisher. We will be working hard for 45 secs and actively resting for 15 secs. High Intensity Interval Cardio Training is an effective way to burn calories, as your body will continue to burn energy up to 14 hours after your exercise session. In order for this to occur, you do have to challenge yourself, so you are out of breath by the end of the interval. Please take more rest time if you have having difficulty catching your breath. If you want to challenge yourself, you could do this workout as continuous cardio as well! To lose weight and build muscle, make sure you include strength workouts into your weekly regime.

Your workouts are my favourite. Solid workout, not too much talking and I can listen to my own playlist because your cueing is excellent and the timer is. Ice and big!

Just got my rebounder delivered yesterday and I'm so glad to find your 45 minute long workouts (most rebounder videos are much shorter). I'm going to be a regular "customer" of you, I can already tell. 30 minutes of cardio doesn't seem like much but I had to take a break half way through. This is not "old lady" exercise at all!

@@NaomiJoyFitness Yes I have a 45 minute cardio video from your channels saved to do later this week. I think I may have to find a way to shorten the legs on my rebounder because I have low ceilings. I picked up some light hand weights to keep me from accidentally raising my arms over my head, ha ha!

Hi Terri, I definitely will! I actually filmed a beginner cardio routine yesterday, which is more grounded and less complicated than this workout. Did you try my beginner Hiit workout? @@NaomiJoyFitness I did not see that one! Thank you so much, and I will definitely try it! I like your rebounder, I have that one also! Rebounding has become my go to exercise these days, And I am often reluctant to share this type of exercise with friends, because so many of rebounding workouts are definitely geared towards much younger people. I am definitely in shape, but at this stage in my life, I no longer need to do those vigorous type workouts, and honestly, many of my friends who have had replacement knees, hips etc. cannot do them! Thank you so much for responding to my message, I appreciate that!

Try bending your knees to 90 degrees. Make sure your weight is on the side of your butt, not on your hip bone. You could try just lifting your legs up and keeping your shoulders down! 😊

Thank you for another great workout! The hip twist into squat jump was so much fun. Some of the sections definitely challenged my coordination. The abs workout was a nice addition.

Each of the rebound workout is so well designed for overall body fitness. I switch between abs/ arms/ lower body with rebounder and absolutely love it!

This is an amazing workout! Challenging, yet super fun so you stay motivated. The music is very fitting for their workout and encourages you to push harder without even realizing it. This has been added to my normal rotation.

i loved the stretch sesh at the end of this one! also, i always do some inversions after your classes. i think it helps me feel grounded after all the bouncing! haha

Love it! Great job Naomi. I dislike repeat exercises and love the every minute exercise. It makes exercise time fly by. Congrats on the new rebounder. I am trying to decide if I should purchase an elastic band style or just res-pring and re-mat mine. I am understanding the elastic band style gives a better workout. What are your thoughts?

Thanks Lori! I also enjoy no repeat workouts too. I struggled with my audio levels on this video. Could you hear my voice over? I accidentally hit a button and couldn’t figure out what I did! 🙄 Arg... tech! I LOVE bungee cord style trampolines. They create a harder, more quiet workout then the other styles. I’ve had a couple different trampolines with metal springs and I busted both. These were the cheaper models, which squeeked a lot. I love both my Jump Sport and Leaps and ReBounds rebounders, both are the bungee elastic kinds. They have a slightly different bounce with different perks. The Jumpsport has a deeper bouncier feel, which is pretty challenging. The Leaps and ReBounds still has a great bounce, but is slightly firmer, which makes it a little easier for single leg balance exercises. It’s still a great workout too though. I also love that the Leaps and Rebounds comes in 48 inches. As you can see, there’s a nice large platform for core work! If you decide to purchase one, I have 10 percent discount codes for both companies in my video descriptions. Both companies only ship in the USA... (not sure where you live?) Leaps and Rebounds said they might ship to Canada, just for my subscribers. They’re going to let me know on Monday. Let me know if you have any other questions!

@@NaomiJoyFitness Audio is fine Naomi! You can hear all your instructions. At this point I think I am heading towards the Jump Sport. Bellicon seems too expensive. I like the million bounce statement. Do you know anything about that? I use my rebounder 45 to 60 min a day and I don't think the leaps and bounds would hold up.

You know, I had issues with my mic on this video and my voice over was too quiet! 🙄 It seems like it’s been okay for some people, but not for others depending on which device their using. Thanks so much for bringing it to my attention. Tech drives me crazy sometimes! I’m self taught and do it all on my own and sometimes I screw up! 😜

I totally get it! I've had real problems with my KZfaq videos... I'm almost sorted with the right mic now, but things still go wrong! I just lost 3 audio files for 3 videos! Gonna have to make them all again. Great video though, and actually if you're watching it works really well without the instructions. On my computer I think I'd hear it better anyway x

@@YogawithJoy Sometimes I think I’m crazy for doing a voice over, as it’s so much work. But I’ve found I can have better music levels if I have a voice over and I just don’t feel okay with not giving safety and alignment cues. I’ve taught long enough to know the the mistakes people can make. I’m just curious, are you listening on your phone? 🥰

Yes I started with voiceovers on my channel, I like to practice yoga with them generally, but it ended up being too much work! So now I speak to the camera, but it does mean I rabbit on too much, usually. I am watching your video on my phone ⭐

Hiya! You are not alone! There is a lot of coordination involved in these moves, especially adding bouncing! I do a lot of the same moves over and over in my videos, so you will get the hang of it eventually. Always start with your foundation, meaning the foot work and lower body. Once you master that, move on to the upper body. It just takes consistent practice, just like any other skill! You will pick it up!:) Thanks so much for working out with me! :)
