Here is my 30 MIN Rebounder/ Mini Trampoline HIIT Cardio Workout/ Abs Finisher. This is a sweaty HIIT 20 MIN CARDIO workout, which finishes with a solid ab finisher. We will be working hard for 45 secs and actively resting for 15 secs. High Intensity Interval Cardio Training is an effective way to burn calories, as your body will continue to burn energy up to 14 hours after your exercise session. In order for this to occur, you do have to challenge yourself, so you are out of breath by the end of the interval. Please take more rest time if you have having difficulty catching your breath. To lose weight and build muscle, make sure you include strength workouts into your weekly regime.

I worked out quite a sweat with this workout. Loved it! Anything with squats will spike the heart rate. The core finisher was a bonus! Thanks for making these amazing workouts!

I've recently got into rebounder workouts, I'm using lockdown number 3 (UK) to try and lose the weight I gained in lockdown number 2 and over Xmas and this definitely left me sweating buckets and breathless!

Hi! You're doing really well! Two thirds is still a great workout. Keep it up and you will be finishing in no time! Please make sure you are still taking the time to stretch! All of my classes end with a lovely cool down stretch! Your body will feel better and you will get stronger faster if you stretch afterwards! :)

I love these trampoline workouts! I like that I have 15 seconds to watch you do the move and maybe practice the move before we begin. It helps me because I don’t feel like I just wasted my exercise time trying to get the move right before we move to the next one. I have a 50 inch trampoline because I like to have the extra room (I can be a little clumsy) so I appreciate that there is no on and off the trampoline moves or jumping across moves. Thank you for a great workout... I’ll be back!!

Hi Victoria! That's great you enjoy this particular format. I have a few more like this one and am working on another one! Some of my workouts are straight cardio without the break, so those ones flow without see what's coming up next. It is nice having the extra jumping space. Which brand brand has a 50 inch platform? One of my trampolines is Leaps and Rebounds and it has a 48 inch platform. Thanks for introducing yourself! See you at your next workout!:)

Love this one Naomi!! Those squat jumps (and jacks!) are killer but they are getting a bit easier the more I do them.Question for the ab portion: I find the moves on my back get my hip flexors all fired up, like the v-sit, and the one after that (I forget what it's called but where you are supine and lower your legs one at a time),any tips to make them chill out a bit? Thank you :)

Hi Kristy! ❤️ Those squat jumps burn like crazy! Good question on the abs! If your hip flexors are kicking in for your core work, I suggest stopping the video to do a hip flexor lunge stretch, as well as some Glute bridges. Focus on tucking your tail bone, squeezing your Glutes and engaging your low core muscles. These movements will help elongate your hip flexors. For the abs, definitely keep your knees bent, so you’re not using your quads. Try flattening your low back to the trampoline to lengthen your psoas. Perhaps skip the Vsit and do the movement on your back instead, so there is less flexion in the hips. Hope that helps! ❤️❤️❤️
