Best wishes on ur weight loss journey to a healthier u. It’s challenging & difficult but discipline n consistency are the keys to success. I’ve been on a healthier diet for a little over a month & only lost abt 5kg with no exercise cos I hv a back injury that prevents me from many types of exercises. And I’m prolly double ur age so u will lose weight easier n faster cos u’re much younger 😉 good luck!! Keep working out!!

5kg is a lot in round a month and you should be proud!!! Losing weight slowly is healthier than losing it fast, you should aim to lose 0.5 to 1kg each week, this way you will look and feel healthy

Doing squat 100 for a day. Woww, i hope your thigh muscles is okay. I'm also doing squat everyday but just 20. I'm also make various exercise, meaning not just stick one workout. Make sure, take care what you eat, even healthier food if you eat more than you should eat everyday, your weight loss a little late you will succeed. Btw. Good luck.

Subway is the best and fulling delicious meal, the only downside is the high sodium in certain meat, if u want to save $$$ buy foot long (2 pcs of the same flavour) instead of 12 inch, or u go buy it early morning for the breakfast 12 inch subway

Miércoles 1. Coloque por la mañana en media taza o vaso de agua, el número de granos de arroz correspondiente al número de kilos que quiere bajar. 2. No ponga más granos de los que necesita porque esos kilos nunca los recuperará. 3. En la noche, tómese el agua dejando los granos para luego volver a llenar la taza hasta la mitad. Jueves Por la mañana en ayunas, beba toda el agua dejando sólo los granos de arroz y vuelva a llenar la taza hasta la mitad con agua. Viernes Por la mañana en ayunas, beba toda el agua junto con los granos de arroz. Importante 1. Conserve la taza tapada durante todo el procedimiento. 2. Reparta copias de esta dieta conforme a los kilos que desea perder. 3. Comience la dieta el miércoles no antes de haber repartido todas las copias. 4. Puede repartir la dieta a cualquier persona. 5. No haga régimen aunque resulte increíble, FUNCIONA? Nota: Si la haces tal cual se indica, respetas todo y no pones 70 granos de arroz sino 5 o 7, un número lógico, desde ya en un mes según el organismo, bajas esos kilos sin siquiera darte cuenta.

43kg is underweight! If you are more than 5 feet tall you need to be above 50kg...

43 kg sounds scarily low, but it’s not true that everyone above 5’0 needs to be 50 kg. For people like me, being above 50 kg is straying into overweight and I feel more lethargic and heavy at that size. Not everyone is the same.

@@Edible_Kittens actually being overweight and feeling heavier is different things. A average height adult shouldnt be below 50 for health reasons, if you are too thin (if its not natural aka no diets) your organs can start feeding on themselfs to stay alive leading to heart failiure
