This is the atmosphere of Amphawa Floating Market, the Most Authentic Thai Floating Market in Samut Songkhram province of Thailand. Amphawa Floating Market is one of Thailand's floating markets which is old and very popular among tourists. This floating market is also one of the top Samut Songkhram's tourist attractions. Because it is not far from Bangkok, every Friday-Sunday the market will be packed by the tourists who come to enjoy Canalside views or having delicious Food. All visitors can purchase seafood, local Thai dessert and souvenirs. A variety of foods sell in this floating market such as Thai noodles, Pad Thai, seafoods and Thai ancient desserts. Moreover, the visitors can have a boat tour to see views and lifestyles along Amphawa Canal and sightseeing temples. Boat tour is about 50 THB. per person. At night, the visitors can arrange for a boat trip to watch fireflies in cork trees as a fascinating night scene of the day.

Wir waren 2009 dort. Wunderschön und noch nicht von touris überlaufen. Die Bootstour mit besuchen der Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Tempel ist ein muß. Man konnte sich alles in Ruhe ansehen. Die Boote fahren permanent alle Anlegestellen ab die zur Tour gehören. Wir waren begeistert.
