Difference is HUGE and I noticed it without a doubt even a 1080p monitor with 1440p youtube quality

Life's been hectic lol. Things are starting to settle down a little bit so hopefully uploads will be more regular.

I felt A was 4k and B was 1080p. I watched it on a 1080p laptop, with 4k option selected. Especially when keeping the camera steady, KZfaq's compression is less severe because of the common frames. I did some 4k60fps videos and uploaded them to KZfaq and I can pause the video and do a print-screen and it's a good quality picture - this is not the case with 1080@30fps. I notice KZfaq's compression the most with grass in moving shot, usually a vlog.
