Your patience in answering people that ask for the code is amazing! Schematic requests... I was going to say you don't need a schematic with such a complete build video, BUT... there is an issue... You are missing a key bit of necessary build info in the video... at about 6:54 in the video you show the bottom of the board and indicate that Layers connect to A0 A1 A2 A3, which is partially correct. At 7:06 you show adding resistors and label it as Four 100 ohm resistor for each layer. Technically it is ONE 100 ohm resistor for each layer and the missing information is that the LAYERS that are labelled A0 A1 A2 A3 must connect THROUGH a 100 ohm resistor to the arduino nao A0 A1 A2 A3 pins respectively. If you fail to run each layer through the 100 ogm resistor to their A0,1,2,3 pin then you will either supply too much current for the LEDs or fry the arduino nano processor by pushing too much current through it.

The only "app" used here is the Arduino IDE that takes the code (in the description) and programs the arduino nano. All the flashing of the LEDs is done by the arduino code. If you want to change the flashing then you have to change the arduino code.
