Getting Sam Sulek vibes but for flexibility haha. Nice to see your phase 1 and 2 are already almost exactly what I've been doing recently as well. Either just as a mobility warmup doing them dynamically before a leg training. Or as a focused stretch routine at home. I don't have such high flexibility goals as you but I do want to make sure I keep working on it. It's just as important to me as building muscle. + my focus is on Calisthenics and it doesn't hurt to be more flexible then either. Saving this for my next session so I can add what I'm missing and subbed.

Nice video 👍 quick question please 🙏 did you get bendy then jacked; or jacked then bendy?! Or maybe progressed bendyness and jackedness at the same time? I’m currently putting a lot of effort into mobility as the past couple of years strength training has left me stiff. Am just wondering whether you developed both attributes at the same time? 🙏

Definitely focused more on building muscle first. But I think the emphasis on flexibility really has been expanding my exercise options though. Wish I’d done more sooner

@@iscollinhuman thanks for the answer! I wondered if maybe you had done gymnastics as a kid and therefore had mobility in the bank first? Whatever the case it’s mighty impressive - well done! 👊
