Hi Rachel, I've been watching your videos over the past year as I've been doing a teacher training and I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing all of these videos for nothing, it's such a generous thing to do! I am teaching my first class next week and really wanted to encourage people who think they can't do yoga because of mobility issues and videos like this one are great for helping making it accessible to many more people. Thank you! ☺

Could you please show us how to do the halfmoonpose with the help of the chair? That would be awesome🤩. I am a senior Yoga teacher (64 yrs old) and I just discovered your channel. I feel that am just doing a second Yoga teacher training - thank you so much for all the training you put online. Many things I pass on to my Co-Yogis - of course not without mentioning your name - and I notice lots of progress in my own practise.

That is so wonderful! I’m so glad the channel is useful to you, and great to have you here as part of the community! Rather than do Halfmoon with a chair I would probably do it with a wall! If you have wall space it’s super wonderful to lean back against it because you get a great opening and you’re standing like hip and can really open the chest as well ~
