Bboy Exercises, Conditioning & Fitness! 💪🏼
This workout is to help you work off all that Christmas Turkey fat you're planning on adding over the holidays. 🦃
They're gonna get a lot harder than this and a lot sweatier! 😅
Bringing you another Christmas Special Instalment! 🎄🎁
Day 5 of 25!
If you are a new bboy or bgirl then do take your time learning this footwork drill, the form is everything, speed will come as a result of consistent practice and good form.✅
Bboys and Bgirls who practice flowing in and out of steps will learn to freestyle the transitions between footwork drills & directions. Finding it much easier to incorporate into your flow whilst looking smooth, clean, conditioned, punctuated, clear & mature. 💪

Sup peeps, I'm Bboy AJ-47, an original & senior member of the UK's best and most notorious Bboy crew, Soul Mavericks! 🇬🇧
I've put together B boying tutorials, Bboy workout and all sorts of "Bboy hacks & How To's" because I want to share all over the world the secrets and valuable Bboy training my crew was lucky enough to receive from our Mentor, DJ Renegade and Bboy Storm early on. 🌍
Bboy tutorials: What are they about?
I'll be covering Bboy Workout Conditioning & Strength exercises. Bboy Battle tips, effective Bboy training skills and of course, the fundamentals (B boying dance steps for beginners & advanced.) 💡
These can be in the forms of:
breakdance tutorials, demonstrations to help feed your creativity, Bboy fitness training in the forms of programming & structure or a "follow along!". 💪😅
Which type of tutorials do you prefer?
Let me know in the comments ✍🏼👇🏼
Best of luck!

Be advised:
As a Bboy or Bgirl, dancing in this style (Breakin’ / Breakdance) comfortably can take time, hard work and discipline. Harder moves should not be attempted until you master your ‘Basics’ in Toprock, Footwork & Freezes. Make sure you attempt these tutorials in an open space, I am not responsible for any acquired injuries, muscle soreness or any broken furniture. Please be aware of your surroundings and your body at all times. Should you require any further assistance you can email me about working or private lessons.
Before you practice:
1. Get your heart rate up: Always take your time to warm up your entire body.
2. Mobilize your joints and muscles transitioning into a light stretch
3. Optional but recommended mild conditioning of the muscles surrounding the Wrists, Shoulders, Knee, Ankles, and most importantly, Core.

I agree with this whole idea, about 2 years back I made myself flashcards featuring 40+ freeze variations. I usually shuffle the deck and try to combo randomized pairs. But, I like your method of training just as much! Im not sure why I never thought about training in sets and reps...makes so much sense. Peace!

Hi, first of all I want to thank you for all the work you are doing with this videos, for not abandoning channel. I'm a beginner at a very low level, so for me tutorials like this one are really a savage. I mean, there are a lot of "how to windmill" etc. videos on youtube, but they are targeted on bboys in advanced condition. The problem is - I can't get to such conditions to be able to repeat and practice thing, that are explaoned in those videos. So it would be really great if you will continue the series of condition training videos to make eventually a full guide on how to gain conditions and flexibility in order to perform more complex moves.

Great! It's not easy being tall but the good news is that when you get your moves, steps, shapes and flows on point, your dynamics will look great! Keep going bro!
