Thank you Tom for considering peoples time with adding time stamps to the description. They add tremendous massive value. Ben Greenfield really knows his stuff he is well spoken and thinks so clearly and fluently he is so wise! what a amazing time we are living. I think longevity correlates with having a positive outlook and attitude as stress is the silent killer. Also im growing my youtube would really appreciate some support my goal is 100 Subscribers.

I see and understand everyone's reaction when you heard Ben talking about bow hunting. I got uncomfortable too. How many of us are meat eaters on this planet? Your pork, chicken, turkey, fish and beef on your plate just happened without someone killing those animals???? How about the rest of the knowledge and wisdom Mr. Ben greenfield shared in this interview?? How about we look into using his treasure of knowledge to heal ourselves instead of going around doctors offices and pharmacies. just because he hunts animals, let's not discount the richness of the content he gave us in this interview. He acts like he knows it all - in reality he knows it all. In today's time in the world with all sorts people throwing whatever they know in these social media platforms as an ultimate message in fact rarely has science behind it. Ben's statements are pretty backed up by science and age old wisdom. Listening to him is refreshing compared to all the confusing literature available nowadays. Ben looking young is a testimony to his own work. If you watch his videos even before his stem cell therapy the man looks much younger than his real age because of his healthy life style. This is probably one of the best interviews about nutrition and exercise I have ever seen. Kudos to Mr. Greenfield for sharing his amazing work. Tom is a good listener and a great interviewer as always.

Why does he have to kill a grizzly bear? Many rich Americans come to Canada and pay big money to hunt and bring home big trophies. It’s sad to kill a magnificent animal for a trophy.. Tom , you should have asked why the killing was necessary, when shooting with camera would be more satisfying and not horrifying. Was Tom too chicken to put him on the spot?

You're saying it like he wasn't gonna hunt anyway. It's not about "killing a grizzly bear for the sake of killing a grizzly bear", since he's gonna hunt something anyways, he thinks "I should challenge myself by hunting something that can kill me".

@@Theelcubanazo1 Why do that? I mean there are tons of hard things to do in life to have a challenge or feel alive. Why does it have to do with killing an animal? Stop seeing this in the hunter's perspective, look a it form the victim's perspective. What if I feel like I want a challenge now and go and try killing him just because I want to? Better to take Antioxidants in any form is at least 2 hrs later. Please correct me if I'm wrong Thanks

I got myself off heroin with the help of psylocybin and the San Pedro cactus. I am also diagnosed with PTSD and bipolar. I DO NOT TAKE PHARMACUTICAL MEDS. My mission is to shed light on our potential. We are all unique and it's key to learn from all but follow no one but the awakend self.#neuroplasticity#polyvageltheory thank you Tom🙏😎💯💪🙌

I dunno, the guy is knowledgable and accomplished, but he seems a bit locked up in...self-confidence, world-view, something. Killing a grizzly? It’s macho-tourism. Shit, be a Scout Leader for a year. Give out grizzly patches. If you lived in Grizzlandia, maybe.

@@ritini2335 He doesn't need you to get it, or care if you do. He does this purely for himself, to challenge himself and feel alive. If he's going out to bow hunt in the arctic for 1 grizzly, given how difficult and rare it is for someone to do this, where's the moral harm? In ancient cultures there've been much more barbaric rites of passage for growing up.

I'll go against the grain though and say that i actually like seeing Tom in some color! The same black and blue Impact shirts and giant sneakers is a very repetitive look. Interesting episode.

Ibogaine saved my life... I was addicted to opiates. It was the ONLY thing that worked (ten years clean, no cravings or even a thought about it since) and I'd gone to rehab, and tried every kind of cognitive, talk therapy and even the 12 steps, nothing touched my addiction until I did Ibogaine... and, I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life... thank you for mentioning Ibogaine, it is actually the anti venom for opiates... If only it were legal in the states... I went Mexico.... thank you for such a wonderful interview... I agree with everything he said and especially how he raises his children!
