Favorite and rarely mentioned BioHacks: - any types of Headstand (Viparita Sthiti) - awesome for vasodilation and bloodflow to the brain; - the Qi Gong: Bouncing on the Heels (or trampoline jumps) - massage/detox and energy to the organs; - Earth Grounding (home Grounding pads/mattresses are awesome, but not as efficient/beneficial as direct grounding); - anything Hyper-Oxygenation - any great breathing exercise for raising energy and oxygenation, or even just/some Tabata; - Gamma frequency, and Schumann frequency: binaural beats, or hemi-sync sounds;

Try resistance stretching before bed Ben fantastic and has been studied in Santa Barbara for deep sleep! It’s the facia at all levels
