Hey guys! Don't forget...if you do these moves in leg warmers, please tag me on Instagram or Facebook @redefiningstrength. Would make my day! ;-)

Redefining Strength I would not do that to you. You seem like a very nice, emotionally well balanced young woman. I would not want to ruin that by planting in your mind the vision of my fat, bird legged ass in tights and leg warmers. Once seen it could not be unseen. Lol. Horrible. Love your videos. I spend a solid 10 hours a day sitting in a truck bouncing around the country and I am definitely not getting any more flexible. Nor younger. I've been doing some of the things you suggest and honestly it makes a difference. Thank you.

Great video... ? Though. PLEASE, HELP ME EEEEE!!! I only do band resistance exercises and for chest I do incorporate different variations of push ups, and throw in twisting push up handles... My question is, what could I be doing wrong that is causing my forearm to become so big? It's really bothering me and I don't notice them decreasing after trying to do certain exercises a different way. I've never had body proportion issues with my forearms and I don't take steroids or any sort of thing other than L glutamine. Please, help? I've tried doing half way biceps and triceps so I'm not engaging my forearms as much but I don't know if that's making it worse. I work chest and 2x per week, and try to not always do twisting push ups. I try to do more standard handle push ups....I just want to be able to have toned biceps and triceps without the forearms growing. It doesn't look feminine on a female.

Hi Cori! I really love your content. I cant believe someone has finally addressed what I have believed all along! Thank you!!! I use to teach aerobics back in the eighties and my go to moves come from that era. Videos like buns of steel with Tamilee Webb, and Greg Smithey amongst many others, are incorporated regularly into my fitness regimen. They are oldies but goodies. My daughters got a kick out of the spandex clothing but have worked out with me and have seen the results for themselves. I appreciate your valuable content!

If I do just a glute workout, how often during the week do you think I could do it? Love your videos and your mind-body connection philosophy! It has really helped me!
@redefiningstrengthOC4 жыл бұрын
So you could do glute activation 6 times a week. BUT you do not want to train your glutes to fatigue each time. Some days you may do 10-20 reps of something just to establish that mind-body connection after sitting all day!
@christinesands73424 жыл бұрын
I like you cause you speak more of activating it to take pressure of other areas.. or improve running or lifting.. people talk about ‘growing glutes’ and I believe it can happen because it’s a muscle but don’t teach you all these things.

Found your channel a few years back. And when I have issues, I always find my way back. Recently, I finally had hip replacement surgery, so the great thing is, I've already been working my glutes, prior to surgery...and now as I'm recovering, I'm re-establishing the mind body, and there is no better place on the internet for not only the exercises, but the importance of the little things with the exercises to take that pesky TFL out of the equation(like the extended leg lift, where you mention, "make sure you keep your hip extended", its a comment that if you are not paying attention may slip past and you may miss out on the good stuff) and actually get to the glute!. Same with the other exercises where you point your toe down...again, these little things make a HUGE difference in the effectiveness of the exercise.... Anyhow...THANK YOU again.

I like your video! I appreciate you mentioning the exercises that do not engage or put strain on the piriformis muscles. Do you have some relatively easy to medium stretches for the piriformis muscles. The pain can be excruciating! I have been to multiple chiropractors and massage therapists and it seems like I have been getting wrong information or incomplete information from both. I just watched a video on opening up my hips and those exercises calmed the cramping/ pain. I need to purchase a slider and will start on the exercises you showed in this video. Thank you so much💖🌸

I'm so glad that I found your channel! My "soft" glutes are causing my quads to tighten up and for the first time in my life, I'm having slight knee pain due to quadriceps tendinitis. Question: do you have a recommendation for exercises (or maybe you covered this in another video) about what to do if one of your glutes is far less stronger than the other?
