Nice video but alot of people are leaving Greensboro and moving to the south end of Rockingham county because the taxes are outrageous in Greensboro

I have heard that. And I work with a lot of people that live and sell in Rockingham county. It's just a far drive--(for me personally) and it is a smaller town--which is great - you just have to drive to GSO for the shops and stores. But Rockingham county is nice!

This is a great questions! I know there was an incentive last year - not sure if there is in 2024--but the are looking for teachers here in Guilford county. I had 3 teachers get a large incentive for teaching here.

I like Forest Oaks! I actually showed a house in that neighborhood in under 450K in Greensboro. You get county taxes there too!

Hi Everaldo! If you're looking for apartments, you'll have better luck looking in Oak Ridge or Kernersville. The Estates at Oak Ridge, The Retreat, Cardinal Apartments. They are all closer to Stokesdale. They should work. If you have more questions - reach out. I'm here to help 😃

Some of the neighborhoods have sidewalks - some don't. I know that's its a bummer. Most of our neighborhoods aren't a cut-through, so most people driving through the neighborhood live there and aren't speeding

I'm actually working my way east now. I'm currently doing Dunleath (downtown) I love Cone Mills - but that's more downtonw/ north. Is there a neighborhood in particular that you're thinking of? It's not about the money - it's working my way through the city. If you have one you'd like to see- I'd love to show it 🤩

Greensboro is highly toxic and should be avoided. High Point nationally ranked better than Greensboro. Rent in Greensboro is way to expensive for little to nothing that is offered. Jobs do not pay well in Greensboro compared to others in NC and across the country. People that go out in Greensboro do not tip well anywhere.
