I literally grew up with Yakults and I never knew it was an Asian thing. Always thought it was Hispanic because we got them at the Mexican market 😂

@@DreamerDobbins I like getting the E-Fa Brand Bubble Tea Black Tapioca Pearl from Amazon. But any Asian market should have pre-made boba pearls.

That mint one looks good. The strawberry one is so pretty. And I like anything matcha, for sure. :) I haven't seen you use the butterfly pea flower yet, you gotta to give that a try because it's so BLUE and super pretty when mixed in with something like lemonade.

Oh, I always wanted to try boba drinks and when I finally did, I was disappointed. I expected the boba to be chewy like caramel. They were all slimy! Is there a way to make it where they're not so soft/slimy? If not, then I'd want these boba-free. They all look delicious!

Help! If you haven't already, could you do a video on the best, easiest ways to make iced tea without any special kitchen equipment? Honestly, all I have is a regular saucepan. I've tried just making it hot then waiting for it to cool off and refrigerating it. But it always turns out too weak or too strong. Years ago, I tried the sun brewing method with those tea bags that are made for that. I followed the instructions completely but it also came out blech. I don't know what my problem is. It seems dealing with food / drink in any capacity is just not something I'm good at.

Is it common when cooked tapioca pearls and cold liquid are combined together , they will be harden instead of nice and soft? How many serving each flavor for the recipe ? Thank you for the great summer drinks.

for the boba, i think it depends on how you cook it and the type of boba. For shops, they will use the longer cooking time boba which usually takes around 30 mins low heat and 30 mins off the heat. This will make the boba soften longer even in the cold drinks like slushies or smoothies.

How do your keep your boba from going hard when you add ice to your drink? 😭 I always have to add the boba first and beverage second. Then I top it off with ice

i cook it down reaaaally long so it’s almost too soft cause i know it hardens up once u add liquid / ice! so it takes me 40 mins usually and keep it soaked in warm sugar water
