This program worked perfectly for a yoga beginner with multiple spine & back issues. I was looking for something to help my hips and lower back and am grateful to have found this tryout program. It helped me see this is something I can do, and only 10 minutes a day! I was skeptical that so little time would make a difference, but it has. I got the 30 Day Fit & Flexible and love it. I feel so much better when I start my morning with Janine that I rarely miss, but when I do, I feel it. Ugh! Best 10 minutes of my morning. Thank you, Janine!

Yes !! I can sit idian style anymore ??? I'm 46, have severe spine issues but have ALWAYS been flexible till now I NEED HELP..

I get it! A lot of times we have to adapt/change the ways we move and exercise as we age. And possibly let go of the expectations we once had of ourselves (that can be a tough one) If you'd like to work on sitting cross legged one suggestion is, raise your booty up - like sit on a book or a yoga bolster or yoga block, etc. It will create more space at the hips/knees to cross your legs. Sit up tall from there. You may be able to gently lean forward with a tall spine and stretch your hips. Thanks for your comment. I hope this is helpful! 😊

When I hear ten minutes a day to major changes I feel like this is exaggerated for the results possible in ten minutes a day. I would have purchased except for the overly exaggerated claim

I understand having trouble believing just 10-minutes can help. But when it comes to working out and becoming fit, a consistent routine of 10 minutes a day will work wonders than nothing. We are all busy with life and so 10 minutes are very doable.

I don’t know if this’ll help at all, but, in my experience, short bursts of exercise/activity is actually very effective. I lost 18 pounds over a period of three months by cutting sugar and empty calories, keeping dairy in pretty strict moderation (I LIVE for cheese) and doing 7-10 minute workouts no less than five days per week. Google: ‘Short bursts exercise’ and you’ll get a sense of what I mean. As long as you get that heart rate up, you’re making a difference. Edit: P.S.
