Peggy's case had always bothered me. I had seen her story and face many times and then when they solved it and put her real pic out, I thought that the reconstruction artists did a pretty good job with her. The only thing not matching was her hair that appeared curly in the artist reconstruction. I'm just so glad that even though she suffered in life she got her name back and justice will be served in her case, and hopefully she'll be able to be moved and laid to rest next to her mom!!
@DarkAngel71180
@DarkAngel71180 4 жыл бұрын
Michelle Godoy the artists do reconstructions based on what the victim looked like when he/she was found. She was probably wearing curly hair that day. It does suck tho when looking for matches based on random pictures of someone that were taken who knows when. I've seen some reconstructions done where they will show the victim with various different hair colors and styles. I think that should be put into practice more. Sometimes the hair can make all the difference in recognizing someone.
@peachymeechie1844
@peachymeechie1844 4 жыл бұрын
@@DarkAngel71180 yes you're right, they should do that because depending on the time they've been in the elements sometimes they can't even tell what color their hair was at all. I do think they should do different styles and colors just in case because especially today, people change their hair color like they change their underwear! Lol! But I do think honestly it would help. But other than her hair she did look pretty much like her.

There’s a fascinating article by Garry Rodgers online about who killed JonBenet Ramsey. He’s a former RCMP Homicide detective turned coroner who is now a bestselling author. I won’t spoil it for you in case you want to read it. His site is called Dying Words and he’s written numerous articles about murderers and the justice system. Check him out sometime.

@Kitten Lyric Did you know there was sufficient evidence to indite both the parents? Seriously, I AM NOT a LIAR! It was a CF due to all their connections with law enforcement they were not the prosecuted. Do the research from the beginning. Nice touch the note, house full not secured it was fullof people, her father picked up her lifeless body and brought it upstairs, where the1 officer & all the guests were chilling out.

How absolutely heartbreaking is the last case. That poor girl, I can't imagine how her last few years of life must of been like. Also, what a sad life the kids must of lead having to live with such a monster (s). (Because let's face it her husband is just a guilty in this) What happened to Peggy is one of my biggest fears for my child. I can only hope he stays in good hands with people who will love him. Now I'm going to be sad all night.

"Stealing medications from the crawl space" I don't know why but I just now realized how weird that statement is. It might be because crawl spaces aren't common where I live but it makes no sense to me. Were you hiding medicine in the crawl space? If you were a nurse and you knew this was happening couldn't you have locked the medicine up?

I've kind of been thinking about this a lot with single or 2 murders. The amount of people who end up living their lives through crime, and they murder 1 or maybe 2 people then die in prison or old age.Maybe they don't live a life of crime, but commit rapes and maybe a murder. With the amount of serial killers out there, you gotta wonder how many people just killed 1 or 2 and got away with it their entire life. Glad they have a new way of potentially solving many more cold cases. Great video!

Im beyond speechless, that a RN who is required by law to help someone that is hurt, says she just left her by the roadside when her own children said she abused her. Unbelievable the evil in this woman. I believe for 1st degree murder that was premeditated with such prolonged and horrible torture should receive a simple needle in her arm. Thats justice, and humane compared to what she did over time to this poor girl. It makes me sick to my stomach.

Holland 1970s, not a care in the world.. It was a great era, and I loved every minute of it. A total different time. But next to the US it seems like Walhalla, murders didn't happen much to innocent people here, maybe some crime related murders but not much more. That's different now. Murder&Co. has reared it's ugly head here too.

It bothers me when someone uses the word, "closure" in connection with people or families who have had their loved one's stolen away. As anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one can tell you there is NEVER closure of any kind. Resolution may be a better word because it implies a solution has been found; the murderer/s have finally been indentified and hopefully brought to justice. The people who have worked hard to find and charge these a--holes can now close the files on the case. They may experience some kind of closure, but for the families and loved one's left behind: Never.
