Kakdi ka Juice

Cucumber- 2 big
Kiwi- 2 numbers
Mint leaves- - 15 to 20
lemon juice- 2 lemons
Sugar- 6 tbsp
Black Salt- 1/2 Tbsp
Ice cubes-20 to 25 numers
Subja seeds (soaked in water- 1 tbsp
Tarbuj ka Juice-
Watermelon cubes- 1/2 watermelon (around 500 gm)
lemon- 1
Black salt- 1/2 tsp
Chat masala- 1/4th tbsp.
Sugar- 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Mint leaves- 10 number.
Ice- 5 to 6
Subja ( soaked in water)- 1 Tbsp
Saunf ka Sharbat
Sauf- 2 tbsp
Jeera- 1/2 tbsp
Black salt- 3/4 tsp
lemon juice- 1 & 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper - 10 to 12
Green Cardamom- 4
Sugar- 4 tbsp
Ice cubes-10
water-700 ml
Santre ka mocktail
(Orange Mojito)
Orange Cut- 1
Lemon cut 1
Mint- 15 leaves.
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Fresh orange Juice- 100 to 150 ml
Soda- 100 ml
Ice- 3 to 4
Double Mango Juice
Raw mango peeled & Cut-1
Ripe Mango Peeled & Cut-1
Coriander- 2 tbsp
Mint leaves- 15
Ice cubes- 7
Black salt- 1/2 tbsp
Chat masala- 1/4 tbsp
