I maintain an attitude of listening (and feeling). I'm very sensitive to energy and vibration. I don't really need to know specific entities. I just need the right nudging, "bottom lining it" in going from point A->B. I see these nudging and feelings as "sprit" (and guidance). For detailed and technical things (e.g., legal, financial, ...) I still use the mind quite a bit. Very "data driven". Very analytical. Ask what does the evidence say (as opposed to my preconceptions). But I also ask how does it "feel" overall. The best situation is when logic and intuition agree.

Thank for sharing this knowledge. I have been recently noticing a shift in communication and the idea of unity consciousness has lowered my anxiety lol I also see a white feather fall out of nowhere as well! When it happens a relative, that has crossed over, comes to mind. 🌈🙏 I'm feeling so grateful. Thank you again for sharing this

I said out loud to my spirit guides that I give them permission to intervene in my life as they see fit. I have lamps in the room that look like mini chandeliers, and the one next to me was swinging back and forth creating rainbows on the ceiling. I have 3 of these lamps, but only the one right next to me was moving and dancing. I'm so grateful that I noticed it. Brought tears to my eyes.

I meditate, walk in nature and use tarot cards to connect with my guides. Sometimes I see white feathers in front of me. I can feel their presence around me so I don't feel lonely. People wonder why I am able to live by myself but it is because I know I am not totally alone. Thank you for your videos.

I asked guide to help me with my relationship. Next day my boyfriend told me that he feels like we shouldn't be together. And what happend was amaizing... I just felt really deep love for him. I accpected that. All the fears and negative emotions fell away, all the attachement, all that is left is deep deep love. For a week we talked every day in the same way as when we first fell in love, but now the love between us is just deeper. We have so much more trust. Now there's no need for any labels, we just love.

Dear Christina. When I thank my guides for just being there with me, I almost always receive recognition. Last Sunday I helped out with an event for dogs and their human companions in a nearby wooded area. Bad weather was forecasted. After setting up I thanked my guides and asked them for their assistance to make it a great day. There was no wind that morning, but a rustling of the leaves up in the crowns of the trees told me that they heard me. It was very reassuring. As soon as the rallye finished and the winners were presented with their prizes, the weather changed as if a switch was activated. It was a wonderful experience.

Seriously the spirit guides always respond to our needs. To be in the present time is important to receive the answers. I connect to my guide through meditation, affirmation, I also send them energy of love in order to receive back that love..... Amazing thing, once I connect to them like this, and if my mind is quiet or In peace, I do receive from them all what I send out. Thank you Christina for your message.

My spirit guides talk to me through dreams & they introduced themselves in 2008. They even told me, I have this incredible gift of cleansing souls through sea salt baths & lighting candles. They even showed me they are Italian male twins. Since then the connection has become very strong. I'm African so in the beginning it used to confuse me, because I never thought that you can spirit guides from another race. That was an eye opener for me. Every time something major is going to happen for me, they show me in advance, even timeframes. A connection with spirit guides is such an amazing experience, but you have to be open to it.

My spirit guides speak to me through music,along with signs on trucks and billboards. Sometimes I smell flowers when they are not present and then hear my guides say my name to see if I hear them, then when confirmed they whisper in my ear. I don’t believe there’s any one specific way like you said that we are spoken to. Life is so beautiful that way

i did this yesterday and then later on seen that it was 4:44 on my clock but i thought it was a coincidence. but today a hawk appeared on my balcony, looked me in the eyes and then flew away! i just searched what seeing a hawk means and it says that it means that you are on the right path in life! thank you for making this video❤️❤️

My spirit guides speak to me a lot through songs. I watched your video the other day about healing the inner child. Right after I watched the video the song from Foreigner "I wanna know what love is" popped into my head. I immediately looked up the lyrics and knew it was my inner child asking me to love it. Cathy Morales I see repeating numbers everywhere all the time. 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 10:10, 12:12, etc. I look up the meanings but it gets frustrating trying to figure it all out. I like your approach of saying “thank you”. I’ll give that a try and leave it at that.

I have a whole funny ass spirit team... like we play and joke a lot xo I’ve been laughing out a lot too lately, like everyone is just fun. Xo today I was asking them about their gender. And they were like nah we don’t fuck with gender😂, we are non gender conforming, you know that made me to really question my own gender...and at the end of that whole meeting and conversation section with them all.. I realized something about myself today, which I will share someday. I Am really proud of myself that I am just doing all of this without any formal knowledge, I do something today.. tomorrow I come across a proof that I am on the right track. Sometimes it takes being at a low to fully comprehend the power the universe holds. I made a move out of nowhere after my mother's passing a couple years ago now, and it seems like every day i feel like this move will falter has shown guidance in the form of a whole assortment of signs. Animals showing up and being calm around me, random people showing up and mentioning something that correlates, certain events that take place with no rhyme or reason other than a mind blast. My biggest flaw leading up to recently has been trying to push the envelope (ambition) even further by forcing the matter versus practicing patience. I believe your videos are a great way to reconnect and center myself, thank you for posting them and I hope you continue to upload such quality information 🙏🏼

Ok, that’s wonderfully odd. I listened to your talk last night and noticed the absence of any animal spirits bringing me messages. It’d been a week since a large eagle flew in front of my car, carrying a long strip of bark. I get up and take your “permission” suggestion. I step out on my back porch to wordlessly meditate. Lo, there’s a tiny fox staring at me below my little deck. It paused in fear but relaxed when I sat down. I know they speak to my subconscious. The message surfaces slowly I’ve learned, from years of being taught by the Native people in my life. Thank you!

I have met my spirit guides when they materialized in my mind's eye (sometimes spontaneously, other times through guided meditations). After I met/saw them, I knew what they looked like - so when I want to connect with them, I picture them in my mind and ask them to please come forward. I just learned of spirit guides reading one evening and the next morning as I was coming out into my yard I saw a UNUSUALLY BEAUTIFUL WHITE FEATHER ON THE GROUND. I immediately thank my guode and kept the feather. It was unusual for this area. Probably an OWL FATHER.

My guide come through synchronicity a lot although I don't understand fully about number synchronicity. Whatever I have question in my mind, it come to show me on youtube or through advertisement, or the answer pop up directly into my mind. I always sense the invisible force around me to protect me and get curious about that. I really want to see his/ her face and begged them to let me see their face. On the way back home, I saw one face appeared in a layer of middle air near the bell tower of a church. He look like Jesus with long hair, but I couldn't see the face clearly and appeared just a second. I am a Buddhist by the way. They always be there when I asked them for helping me to find the hidden items, find the mistakes in work, show me tip how to find solutions in my issue, help me to find you to remove my fear :) . Everyday I appreciate them a lot. I show my appreciate by connecting inside, pay attention inside in heart area and say "I love you". Sound crazy isn't it

I always had a deep knowing that I’m taken care of and THINGS will be fine, even and especially when I make mistakes out of ignorance. I could never connect it and understand why, because my family abused and hurt me... I feel that my guide(s) were taking care of me in place of my immediate family. Being here at this channel feel as all my life was leading up to this, and acknowledgment and acceptance of this fact was made available for me to live good life. Last night I had a very vivid dream that I was walking outside on a dam, when suddenly I heard a very clear (male) voice saying my name. I looked around but nobody was there. Then the colour dark blue was briefly shown to me, the colour of the 6th chakra 💙

When I had my spirit guides (17) years ago, I wanted to have an out of body experience and he told me that he could help with that but I had to ask him to help. (He literally pulled me out of my body) This was before I was exposed to any books or computers or anything on the topic. I find it crazy that Christina just spoke of having free will and having to ask... I have never met anyone who has even remotely had the types of experiences I have had with spirit guides and this makes it seem so much more real although they will not return no matter how much intent I put on it

I've had 2 OBE as a child under the age 7. Like you I was never INTRODUCED or knew anything about it. I'm 38 now. No one believes me! I told my family... Only my grandma BELIEVED me. She had VISIONS in her sleep about horrible crashes like a plane or train. She would jump out of bed turn on the news, and there it always was... A bad crash with a plane. I saw it for myself as a VERY young child. But no understanding of her actions or thoughts then. My body was paralyzed and I woke up in bed... I (my soul\spirit) was on the ceiling looking down at me, myself in my bed. The door was open in the bedroom... My spirit\soul kind of nodded at my body as if it was motioning me to get up and leave the room with it... My body was unable to move, follow my spirit\soul as I watched it turn to exit the bedroom... and then just like that, went RIGHT back into me as if I pulled\grabbed it with my mind! It looked Like I TOOK a huge inhalation of smoke. Then all of a sudden I was able to sit up and move. I then tried to walked out of the room and could not pass through the doorway and went back to sleep. I see it in my mind's eye CLEAR AS DAY STILL. I KNOW WITHOUT A SHADOW OF DOUBT THIS HAPPENED. IT'S THE SAME EVERY TIME I SPEAK OF IT TO THIS DAY! My other one is ALSO like that but much more scary to tell others. No one BELIEVES me. WHERE and HOW would I know and get this information? My family does BELIEVE her but not me? Also it was a multi-generational HOME. I have been getting VISIONS of the future my entire life... But I can never see HOW FAR AHEAD! How do I harness this for more accurate timing? Deja vu everyday several times a day SINCE a child. RIGHT now VISIONS, as well daily. (I just got deja vu)!! NOW, my body feels like electricity is going through me EVERYWHERE. I also have a VERY STRONG HEAT that RADIATES, and people I know feel off of me. I'm hyper-sensitive to a lot of things, as im an EMPATH AS WELL. If you do relate to THIS please reply. I thank you for your like-mindedness and honesty.

This video was a synchronicity for me 😂. I was asking a psychic about my life path and she said that I’m already empathic and sensitive and that my desire to want ‘structure ‘ based on my schooling made it harder for me to develop this. One of the ways one of my guides lets me know he’s here is my beloved brother who transitioned 3 years ago.. I awoke on the day he was to leave this earth with the thought that at 5 pm something magical will happen. That was exactly the time he passed away of a heart attack. Often in the car listening to the radio , I will touch the key he gave me that hangs from my rear view mirror and ask him to play me a song. Every single time the song is “ Ill be watching you “ ! Having spiritual guides is an interesting experience in African spirituality, and in my personal experience - since I have a hybrid spiritual belief system - combining meditation & breath work with African spiritual practices has really helped me get increasingly connected as I journey further into spiritual exploration. I have grown to have intuitive understanding of the messages I get in my dreams as a result. Great video!

Chats with different groups of friends led me to watching Tarot readings in youtube and everything starts escalating quickly. A bird flew in to my place, then the next day a KZfaq Tarot reader said if I saw a bird near me, that's my guide trying to show me its presence! More signs starts popping up like repeated numbers, call from my sis when I thought of asking for her guide (she's awakened) etc. Thereafter, my KZfaq recommendations moves towards spiritual guidance and here I am! Thank you for making your videos available. I'm receiving so much energy from them. I kept seeing signs that I need to travel too which is not possible now, so I'm sensing it means travelling to past life and I'd be checking out on your videos on that topic :)

so, i never had any direct contact until a few days ago. So, i was in that state of sleep where you are not thinking of anything and are about to fall asleep, when i heard a voice ask me if i could hear it. Of course me being jumpy i quickly wake up and turn on the lights, i didn't get much sleep that night haha. I talked to my friend who is very knowledgeable about this sort of thing, and she said it was probably my spirit guide.

I said my thanks to my spirit guides yesterday night before i slept. Have been going through an arduous healing journey for my cancer (refused conventional treatment and switched up my diet, positive thoughts, Reiki etc). I asked them to show themselves to me in my dreams or through any other means as I wanted to have a relationship with them. Then I dreamt of many frames of dreams and in 1 of them, the number 5050 strikes out. I could still remember it so vividly and in that dream, I was conscious of the fact that it is a message from my spirit guides. When I woke up, I went to look up the meaning and it said that the angels wanted to reassure me for my bravery and hard work, I was so touched and encouraged by that kind messages. Lots of love indeed!

Years ago I lived in an apartment that had a ghost, not only did I hear it but it touched me and I was so terrified. I was scared to go home for about a week. I didn’t know what to do and it was the first time I looked to turning to angles for help and as I was reading things online at my desk in work I came across a message about white feathers and at the exact same time a tiny white feather fell down over my face and dropped to the floor. I still have a picture of it and the message that I read when it happened. There were no coat stands where I was sitting so it didn’t come from a piece of clothing. Although I found it hard to believe I knew it was a sign of comfort and protection and I could feel it, it was beautiful. I didn’t fully understand about angles and spirit then but over time my connection with them has gotten stronger. They made sure of it, in a good way of course :)

I have been recently awoken so I’m just starting to really communicate with my guides through meditation and I always see the night sky with all these stars and the stars made up a turtle which really confused me at the time . I was like what does a turtle have to do with anything lol couple days later I took your heart test and what pops up at the end . Apparently my results were I was a turtle . Mind blown lol and that was just more proof that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be !

I so relate to this, I love getting signs, when my beautiful son left this world he left me dimes to help me, or just to let me know he was their until I lost my daughter, he stayed behind for 10 years and was their when she left this world and only got a few after she left ...I miss feeling him around me, now I don't feel him around so much, but is ok cause I know she was suffering tremendously and he was there for her. I think that I feel intuitive alot, especially today. I talk to my dad alot, because I know he is now another of my many spirit guides. I saw a Bird on my window this morning and I knew it was to tell me to get outside. Then an old friend called who I was concerned about, but seeing her in person showed me that I need to show myself more self love. I felt her vibration was extremely low and was poisoning me. My tooth suddenly got sore, and I saw street lamps acting weird in the daytime. I know I'm an empath and she was one of my narcissist friends from my old life and I noticed that lately I'm growing up and standing in my power. She did not like that I wanted to leave and it helped me empower myself more. I went home, felt drained so I had to sleep. But I woke up, talked to positive people and did self love. Ate food, had a shower, did laundry and cleaned my apartment. Thank you!!! It was hard to stand my ground, but I said I love myself too much to let something bad happen to me

Just started to follow you. I went to bed thinking that I would like to connect with my spirit guide. So I woke up around midnight I find myself sitting on the edge of my bed and I did hear my spirit guide whispering to me. ...I ask him I would like to see him. ! I had seen him before waking me up for morning meditation! I feel accompanied by spirit now. I do not feel that lonely. Thank you for your advice.

Thank you this was so helpful. For a very long time I felt so over whelmed with emotions. I have been in rooms and I have had to run because I felt dizzy and not well. It has been a lot better and its funny because just how you explain in your video about Empaths, I wondered how can it be posible for me to be so weak their has to be a way for me to over come “fear” so I told myself I was stronger and it has worked. I have times when I am with certain people and the energy is just amazing and I take it in. I’m not 100% sure that I am an Empath but I find that I resonate so much with these videos. Either way thank you!

I'm not often sharing my problem with others. What I do, before sleep.. I just talk to God.. everything that happened or my problems. Most of the time I cried. After I relieved. I stayed quietly. And I heard God spoken to me. From chaos feeling become feeling peaceful. Or sometimes I opened pinterest.. after I asked question. And yes, quotes all over the homepage. That's amazing.

I was sitting in the woods defending myself out loud about a situation. Each time I began to talk, a flock of crows would caw and fly around. When I stopped talking, the crows were silent. This happened several times. "There is no need to defend yourself for naming your boundary," was the message. "Be still and know you are worthy." Also, the wind blows. Feathers are found. Butterflies are a big one, flitting past me. One time a cloud formed as a giant butterfly. Tree trunks groan. Videos appear in my feed.

I watch my first video yesterday where you spoke about spirit guides, one story you told was the night where you experienced an negative/low vibration energy, you sit up, calmly but sternly told it to leave, with love and compassion you said to it I do not permit you from entering and it left. Later on this morning, in a dream like state, I had the same experience. I sat up, remembering what you said and I did what you said and it left. Then followed by visions of my spiritual guides surrounding me supporting me. This afternoon, I asked my spiritual guides how to improve my communications with them.
