I have the same scale too! It's funny because I bought it with a little tea vessel/scoop to put the tea in on the school. Regardless of me buying it with a tea scoop - for a bit Amazon kept recommended rolling papers and filters to me lol. Great tips!

I’ve had an electric tea kettle for years. It’s one of my absolute favorite things in my kitchen, not just for making tea but anytime I’m going in to cook I always turn it on and get the water warm just so I have hot water to add to a pan or a recipe. It’s indispensable in the kitchen.

I definitely find myself using my electric kettle to heat water for all sorts of uses. It's way faster that waiting for a pot to boil.

Great list! I have that same gram scale. I keep like three of them in case one breaks 😄 Another thing that could be mentioned is using a big enough basket for brewing tea, so that the leaf can expand and circulate. I love my Breville automatic tea maker. That was the biggest upgrade for me…so glad you recommended it!

A gram scale?? Oh my goodness,I’ve just been taking pinches of leaves this whole time. Gosh,there’s more to this tea buzz then I thought,but I’m enjoying the learning curve,which is turning out to be a super scary roller coaster 😳

I would love to hear like the biggest tea mistakes experienced tea people make. And more effective ways to convert people Like I feel like a lot of people go to in depth right off the bat with people especially people who are used to red rose or Lipton or switching from coffee.
