I’ve never had a bad date. My issue is getting women on a date. I’m pretty good at making women feel comfortable and have fun. Flirting and stuff. I’m pretty confident in myself and don’t have an issue making the rights moves when it’s time. But I’m an average looking guy. I’d say a 6 or so. I REALLY don’t like planning dates with girls who I have absolutely NO CLUE if they are attracted to me or not. I love Marni’s stuff and her honest straightforward approach. I bought the F Formula and like it. I think of it more as an interesting sociological experiment/documentation of what goes right and wrong in flirting/escalation than I do a step by step formula to memorize and duplicate. And here are my 2 main criticisms of it as a program to follow: 1) it’s 3 phases with 4 steps in each phase = 12 steps (didn’t 12 steps used to be the common self help approach lol) Does anyone intend to go out with a checklist of 12 things to memorize and accomplish? It’s a sure fire way to get stuck in your head and also runs counter to what we’re meant to get out of social interaction. 2) the dialogue examples of the flirting are absolutely cringe. There is not a single example in there that I would ever use myself. These are not meant to be disses. In the case of #1 - I think the point is to understand what goes right and wrong so you can take steps to correct for better results #2 - it insures that you come up with examples that are appropriate to your style of speaking and personality. The F formula is def worth checking out but shouldn’t be looked at as a quick fix to your dating game. There is no such thing as a quick fix to your drive game only incremental improvements. Wondering what other people’s experiences are?

I feel this changed my mindset and perspective on talking to or interacting with women, I read it on a forum, I thought the guy hit the nail right on the head. It changed my perspective and mindset on talking to women. A guy was asking for advice on how to get better at talking to women, and people used the word practice "It bothers and annoys, enrages me or pisses me off a lot when people use the word practice, because the way I see it, for women, there is no such thing as practicing talking to men, because women's lives are on autopilot when it comes to talking to men since puberty, due to all of the constant attention they've been getting since then, women are forced to, have no choice but to learn how to talk to men, and they gain it right away by doing nothing since they don't have to open their mouth first, they are forced to learn how to talk to guys by doing nothing since they don't have to initiate anything. Plus, it makes more sense that the person who is expected to open their mouth first, begin the interaction, needs to practice more or learn more than the person who responds. I thought to myself, never truer words have been said or spoken. I thought that was bang-on right there. and i got a response from a dating coach on youtube, which enraged and pissed me off more, while I don't disagree with him, I just don't like how he said the brutal cold harsh fact of how different for men and women when it comes to getting better at talking to and interacting with the opposite sex. Another reason why I don't like it is because it feels or seems like the way a guy talks and interacts with people or a guy's social skills has a much bigger impact on his attractiveness or ability to get a girlfriend then the other way around. As in, the way a girl talks or a girl's social skills, conversation ability, doesn't impact her attractiveness or ability to get a boyfriend as much as it does for a guy to get a girlfriend. For guys, men, it seems a lot of it is behavioral aspect based that determines their ability to attract women, get a girlfriend, but not for women if they want to attract a guy. If an interaction or conversation goes poorly or bad between a man and a woman,. It's always the guys fault, it's impossible for a woman to screw up a conversation or interaction with a guy.
