What is eerie to me is, in most video's she is describing exactly how I used to be when I was younger! Over the years, the media and unhappy women have persuaded me out of my natural fun, cocky, happy personality. As luck would have it I'm back on a major business success rally and ready to date again after a two year break from dating. Can't wait to be embrace being myself again, and you just confirmed another reason why I should. Chip on their shoulder man haters need not apply!

Marni, you nailed it. I did all these things naturally, without knowing it, partially because of my own success and competence, but mostly because I am naturally a nonconformist and nonconformists don't care what the crowd thinks by definition. I was continually surprised when women came on to me especially when I was NOT consciously trying to attract them. It wasn't until I started watching your videos that I learned that what who I was as a person and I was doing naturally was so attractive to women. Now I am much more careful of the signals I send.

A lot of good ideas in this video, Marni, but you said that self-trust is an action. I disagree; actions can support or reinforce self-trust, but doesn't create it. And you know who also agrees with me? You do. Because you explain toward the end of the video that "limiting beliefs" are a source of self-doubt. Indeed, self-doubt or self-trust are internal, emotional states, not a set of habitual actions. Self-trust is a kind of deep, inner security, and definitely not "fake it 'til you make it."

Marni, I enjoy all your videos. You are teaching me some new things, to be sure. But some of the things you teach are things I've been doing for years, without even realizing it. At least now I am starting to understand why I've been propositioned so many times, but usually by the wrong kind of women (which is flattering, but also disappointing). I have rather strong religious values, which only adds to the challenge. I used to be a pushover. And I'm still easy going, even though that's not the same thing. I do have boundaries. And I've been called some harsh names for putting my foot down. But that just alerts me and suggests that she might not be right for me. I believe that the things you teach are the missing pieces I've been needing.

Your first point is a great example of what I've been suggesting in various comments boxes on your vids: learning to trust oneself = a very powerful level of self-care/healing, as it makes us stronger, more whole, more coherent! I'm 33, have enjoyed plenty of beautiful ladies in my time. Because of my military background I'm naturally confident with my conversation and also stand and walk with authoritative posture. I know I'm attractive, so I notice how ladies gravitate towards me. So with all that, you think I would have no problem. But the biggest problem, is being shy. So I'm working on breaking the ice for good conversation.

@@marnikinrys it's taken me many years to get over my sense of awkwardness I had around women. It wasn't until I was in my early thirties... That I started hearing women tell me I am hot! My confidence started to build after that. But it wasn't until the past 8 years that I started learning about who I am and what I have to offer a woman in just myself. Take away the money and the things away and what is left? I had to start LOVING who I am and trust that my heart is just as valuable as her heart is and that I am a REALLY AMAZING man that any WOMAN would love to have as there OWN. Well I started getting a very different reaction from women. First I had to understand what it means to be a man and what that looks like to a woman. Needless to say I'm now engaged to the MOST INCREDIBLE WOMAN I have ever KNOWN! OMFG Marni! She's so crazy WONDERFULLY LOVINGLY KIND. I NEVER EVER dreamed she existed and would actually love me BECAUSE of who I am and not what I can give her. And by watching your videos I started understanding what I was doing so differently that was starting to get these insanely crazy BEAUTIFUL and TOTALLY AMAZING WOMEN to like me and even be willing to pledge themselves to me even though they KNOW I'm trying to marry SOMEONE else and not them. There's so much more to my story that I'd love to tell you about because it only gets crazier and crazier but so much cooler too. Check my page out and you'll see who she is on my wall. I've been watching your videos for a few weeks now and I'm impressed by your convictions on these topics. And your energy is super attractive and you appear to be a deep level thinker too. I also wanted to just note that you could go deeper into the psychology of the male mind in a few videos and introduce the concept that you can't just tell yourself "I am confident when I talk to women" and expect to be confident, anymore than you can tell yourself, "I'm confident in the water" even though you are just barely learning how to swim. That incongruence can not be talked through in your id, ego, and superego...maybe identify this incongruence, explain where it comes from, and teach men to understand that the only way to become congruent with women, or when interacting with anyone actually, is to learn how to be congruent within your own sense of self. And you can Only do that by taking action and putting yourself in conversations with women over and over until you can create a personal frame that is stronger than any frame you encounter, and that grows confidence. But you can't think it, you have to physically engage and do the work on the outside, to see the rewards on the inside. Just a thought, I enjoy your information and perspective.

@SeamusWardowski how do you thing can your brain tell the difference between an actual real-world experience and a thought that you vividly experience in your mind?
@seamuswardowski1962
@seamuswardowski1962 3 жыл бұрын
@@tomger1160 If you seriously believe your brain can't tell the difference between you talking with a gorgeous woman and actually talking with a gorgeous woman, you may consider yourself delusional. It's not that your brain doesn't know the difference, it's that with finely trained visualization skills you can learn to perform better and this can also result in training your subconscious to "agreeing" with what you are trying to teach it. But don't believe for a second your brain doesn't know the difference between you visualizing you are asking your hot neighbor out and actually working up the courage to ask her out in reality.
@tomger1160
@tomger1160 3 жыл бұрын
@@seamuswardowski1962 a conscious experience is just a specific spatiotemporal electrical pattern in your brain. if you were able to simulate that pattern by thought only, then please, tell me the mechanism that would allow your brain to differentiate between a real-world experience and a simulated one. as you pointed out, the main problem is the incongruence between your self-image (hold in your unconscious mind) and the way you wanna perform the ‘task’ of asking out your hot neighbor in reality. as long as this incongruence is not resolved, your unconscious mind will always confirm your self-image resulting in anxious, fearful and charmless performance no matter how often you try to ‘taking action and putting yourself in conversations with hot women’. Wouldn't it be way more effective to change your self-image by visualization since there you really can be that charming, confident, easy-going guy challenging your self-image every time you do it until you eventually change it?
@seamuswardowski1962
@seamuswardowski1962 3 жыл бұрын
@@tomger1160 I enjoy your analysis, but I don't agree with your premise. A "conscious thought" is far more complex than simply as you put it, a "spatiotemporal electrical pattern in your brain". My point with commenting on this video is that we are not able to simply simulate that pattern by thought only, as you are suggesting. Just as it takes professionals thousands of hours to train themselves to visualize what they are going to 'do' physically, and then reproduce that energy into sport, the actual 'doing' part, like driving a ball 300 yards or talking to very attractive woman and trying to flirt with her successfully, can not be accomplished simply by visualizing it. Additionally, if you've never done it successfully, how are you visualizing it accurately? It may be scientifically reduced to spatiotemporal electrical patterns, but if we want to be successful at actually performing something, anything, visualizing is good training but you must actually perform the behavior, not just visualize yourself performing the behavior.

You may abandon your own body, but you must preserve your honor. 3) don't try to impress anyone 10. Do not let yourself be guided by the feeling of lust or love. 4) impose personal boundaries 21. It's all about serotonin and dopamine. The more you have the more confident you feel. Exemple winning a race as compare to losing. The dating world is the same. Confidence is built on small victory.

This doesn't strike me as much as advice for picking up woman as much as just life advice. Bringing this self into work is going to make you more magnetic and successful, inspiring confidence in team scenarios and from managers. It also is bound to improve all relationships be they family, friends and coworkers. Mostly though it is going to improve one's relationship with their own self.

These dating channels are entertaining for me to watch. Entertaining because I've gone over the top of the hill from being 65, now retired, broke, and so not really in the "dating game" anymore, which means I sit in the sideline bleachers and watch from above (sorry for the sports metaphor). On one side we have Marni telling men how to get women, and on the other side there is the REAL entertainer Ryan Patrick (daterboy) giving tricks/advice to women on "how to catch a man and hopefully get him to commit".(Just do a YT search of his name). Marni, I'm not sure where you are located; it's either So. Cal. or Florida, but here's an idea: check out Ryan (I know he's in the L.A. area, it's on his YT ABOUT section) and his page, contact him, and see if you two could trade some dating secrets, or see if you and Ryan could do a team effort, maybe a combo YT live stream. Could be interesting.........................

Marni, you are absolutely right. I have 2 sales guys that worked for me that both have a line of women waiting on them. Incidentally both are divorced. Both are great sales guys, both are very confident, both have the ability to talk to anyone and get them laughing or smiling within minutes. The downside is one of my sales guys borders on cocky and arrogant and maybe a bit rude. Yet, women still line up. He gets more P pics and boob picks from women he doesn't know than anyone. I, however, am happily married for 26 years. I use your tricks to help with my sales abilities and social interactions. Thank you Marni.
