A year ago, I committed to being a fitness KZfaqr.
I decided to post a weekly video on youtube with the intention of sharing what I’ve found most impactful on my fitness and health. Over the years, I’ve experienced a bunch of challenges including chronic pain, countless injuries, a loss of athleticism. And this led to a ton of frustration, deep depression and an unhealthy relationship with myself.
Little by little, I worked my way out of this dark place to reclaim a healthy, fit and capable body through…lets say…unconventional methods. And through this journey, I’ve accumulated a ton of knowledge and experience that I felt compelled to share with others who are going through similar challenges in their own lives.
So I started sharing. And in one year, I built the SMOOV channel up to 52,000 subscribers and over 2,000,000 views.
This video contains 5 lessons that I wish I knew when I started this journey a year ago. While these did come from my experience as a fitness KZfaqr, the lessons are valuable and applicable to anyone who is an aspiring KZfaqr or creator.
