How I wish we had this back when I was younger. Now that I am 55 I appreciate very much my body and how utterly necesary it is to have it. As a Personal Trainer I get to train people over 60 and the majority struggle with this. They are motivation enough for me to continue on my fitness path till the day I exit this planet😊 I appreciate this sir:))

I played soccer for a very long time and loved it. Nowadays it's more movement, strength training and such but your videos have inspired me to start hacky sacking. I have ordered a few hacky sacks. One for the office, one in the gym bag and one at home. Thank you for sharing this.

This is very similar to the Teddy Vear Roll they teach in foundation children's gymnastics. I used to do it when i did GMB's Movement Multivitamin. Good move. Need to start doing it again

I do calisthenics as my regular workout, but sometimes I feel too weak for that and on such days this flow is perfect to move my body, boost my mood. Thank you
