Enjoy this quick and effective core and mobility workout! This sequence of movements is valuable for fitness enthusiasts, athletes and trainers who want to get a great workout in 10 minutes.
This session will activate and strengthen the core while also mobilizing the spine, hips, and shoulders. You will feel open, energized and more capable in your body after this session.
This session is bodyweight so requires no equipment.

happy to report, that after 1 training the next day i didn't train sadly, buuuut(!) my body and core felt so amazing! very different result then from other workouts. thank you
