Hormones are a tricky subject. So if you're trying to figure out some strange symptoms, keep watching.
In case you're unsure what are hormone imbalance symptoms, they can include problems like weight gain, fatigue, mood swings, and skin problems. And if you do suspect you may have a hormone imbalance, then main thing to do is to start pinpointing what might be causing this imbalance.
But this is not an easy task - but a grueling and time-consuming process.
BUT you don't have to overhaul your entire lifestyle to start feeling better. Simple changes in your daily habits will over time lead to big health improvements.
And one of the first things you can start paying attention to is your environment - more specifically avoiding the estrogenic and hormone-wrecking compounds that we come in contact with every day.
By following the tips outlined in this video, and making conscious choices, you can help support your body's natural hormone balance and improve your overall health and well-being.
So, simply by paying attention to your environment and making healthier choices, you can do 80% of the work towards a healthier lifestyle.

I know Scanpan of Denmark offers PFOA/PFOS free cookware, I haven't noticed any of the non-stock coating coming off after years of use and try and avoid super high heat. I've tried stainless steel but you basically need to sandblast the thing to get it clean if you fry with it. Maybe I'll have to try again with a shit tonne of coconut oil. Cast iron isn't really suitable for us with with hemochromatosis, as iron overload can be a big problem and will eventually cause cancer and cirrhosis of the liver is left unaddressed. For washing my clothes I just use straight borax and clove oil or tea tree oil.

Stainless steel can take a bit to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's super easy to cook with and to clean :) And you're absolutely spot on with the cast iron. We use it at home only occasionally, but it's definitely not for every day use.

It is indeed! The marketing history behind “laundry smelling fresh” is also pretty fascinating. Clean laundry doesn’t need to smell like anything 😅 We use some german ones we get here where we live. However in the US i think a great brand is also Branch Basics :)

Yeah based on all the feedback we get that seems like one of the hardest products to give up. For Miriam and I our sense of smell has improved so much by now already (since we don’t use anything fragranced) that we can smell someone from far away. Sometimes we even switch to walking on the other side of the street lol

@@healthyholistichomes I wish all products could be fragrance free and then you can actually choose either an essential oil a fragrance that's made naturally here we have a brand that's called Natura that it's from Brazil and it's really good fair trade etc etc but well it's my favourite sin. I don't wear perfume everyday though, but when I do I enjoy it so well haha 😂 Plastic free I think it's the hardest really 🥲so crazy that we all know this but the changes are really slow cause the companies don't care really. Big pharma + "food" industry + the agendas are the real issue IMO

Teflon pans are for lazy people...the teflon eventually wears off and they end up having to scrub the pan anyway. Lazy, dumb. Cast iron is cheaper to buy, but people dont want to take time to clean and maintain it
