Many people struggle to release trapped emotions from the body because they’re not able to access them. Emotions have been stored for 30 years, 40 years, 50 years plus it is not easy to release them once were used to holding onto them when were using these five training methods to connect deeper into the body, the purpose is to be able to feel deeper layers of sensation inside the body where our emotions are stored.
Once you feel the sensation of these emotions inside, keep your attention fixated on this emotion and don’t get distracted with your thoughts. Stay with the feeling and continue to relax. This is not something that you would only need to do once or twice. The truth is you’re going to have to do this a lot especially for those who have stored a lot of emotions from the past.
