Why Do The Same Workout Everyday

The reason why I do the same work out every day is because allows me to be consistent because I don’t have to make decisions on what to do and the most important thing is I am sure that I get everything that I need by including it all in this one daily practice.
I used to have to choose between strength training or stretching, or meditation. And every time when I choose one thing, I miss out on the other and so my state of mind every day was fluctuating. On days that I did strength training, I felt really strong but my mind was not calm and focused. On the days that I would meditate. I felt very clear mentally but I didn’t have the energy. On the days that I would just focus on stretching I didn’t feel like I was getting a good enough workout and had pent-up energy on the inside.
I think it’s so important that everyone gets in a practice that includes massage, strength training, stretching, breathing and meditation.
If you want to be balanced on the inside, we need to make sure that our workouts are also balanced. via @mikechangofficial

I would like to see your entire daily routine, just wonder how much time on a carafe you dedicate usually on exercises. You said you do workouts every morning for an hour, sometimes for 30 min or even 7-10 and then throughout the day you try to play and be active as much as possible. When you work on computer like you said sometimes for 12 hours when and how much did you exercise?

You don’t look calm or peaceful at all. You look really wired and worked up into a frenzy.

Looks can be deceiving. For example, you look like a busybody Karen but I'm sure you're a nice person.
