Hi Joelle it's not morning here in Australia 🇦🇺 but I decided to try it now anyway 😊 before bed and I found it great for my fibromyalgia so hopefully I will sleep better thank you ❤️

I find child's pose very helpful in the morning, and have wondered, where all this morning stiffness in the back comes from after long nights sleep, where the body supposedly is completely relaxed 🤔

Child's pose is one of my favorites in the morning too! And while the body is indeed relaxed and rested overnight, it's stiff from inactivity - this tends to happen anytime we stay in one position for hours, whether it's sitting at a desk or lying in bed. Hence why a few minutes of stretching first thing in the morning can make such a difference! 😉

I signed up twice for your 3 day challenge over the link above, as well as for the lower body challenge. But I never get the emails with the links to the practice. I did confirm my signups every time and received a confirmation email to check my mailbox for the first challenge video, but nothing comes. I did check my spam folder as well.

Hi Barbara, it's probably because you've already joined those challenges (unfortunately the email provider only allows each email address to sign up once for each one, which is really frustrating) - but if you run a search on your inbox hopefully you can find them that way! So sorry about the confusion, I've provided them feedback on this multiple times but it's unfortunately not something I can fix on my end.
