Welcome to our Monday morning affirmation meditation! This is a simple, effective and quick 5 minute guided meditation suitable for all experience levels. This is ideal to do AFTER your Monday morning yoga practice to set your intention for the day ahead.

I've been wanting to do short meditation in the morning to prepare my mind for my work day, this challenge is a great way to integrate it in my routine. It's hard not to let my mind wander, but still if felt great, and the 5 minutes went by very fast. Thanks Kassandra! Have a great day! :)

I do normally meditate in the morning for 5-10 minutes but they’re usually guided meditations. This was a nice practice being able to try meditating without guidance, just focusing on the breath and the affirmation. Namaste 🙏🏻

No, i have extreme difficulty being still and fixing a thought without my mind wandering, but five minutes seems a good place to start.

It was a struggle at first but I think we have developed a little routine now. I followed the 7day. And returned to some of them but also used the 30 day challenge meditation affirmations for morning and evening occasionally. Thank you Kassandra for the assist in that!

Been coming back to this series all the time as I love the incorporation of the meditation! Would love it if you would make a slightly longer version of this format, say 20 minutes of yoga and 10 minutes of meditation? Thank you so much for all you do, changing lives everyday! xx

Great meditation! I like that we had some time to sit quietly and that it was 5 minutes with just one affirmation. I was able to do the yoga class before and the total time was perfect. I like chanting OM at the end as well. I joined the challenge and am looking forward to doing the remaining days. Thank you Kassandra for this and all that you do! Namaste.

I truly love this pairing... I sometimes find it difficult to keep my brain from wondering when meditating but for some reason doing this right after your practice made it a bit easier to be still and just breathe. I can't wait for tomorrow. Thank you. ♥

I'm starting week 4 of this weekly challenge! I love it!! I have chronic migraine and since starting this 15 min yoga and 5 min meditation each day I've been feeling better (touch wood!!). It's a good amount of time for me to be able to commit to at this stage. Thank you so much. Also, we love that your animals come on, cos our whippets often get involved too!
