Lets see how long I can stand: Day 1: Done, went for a little jog returned and did it my thighs felt a little burn Day 2: Done, still feel burn in my thighs Day 3: Done, love the burn

I do wish there was a clock to show how much time was left in the full workout. Also a 2 sec intro before the workout begins.

When you choose to work out daily, the best suggestion would be to listen to your body and not overdo the same exercise as its proven injury may be caused. chose consistency to mean either daily, skipping days, or a combination of both as long you do not stop for a long time. I was wondering if there is an explanation somewhere of what butt muscle is being worked with each exercise ? I see how they’ve identified it in red for the leg muscles, which is awesome, but what about the glutes??? Thank you!
