I found your belly fat video today, and would suggest some good music to go along. What I heard today was very industrial, repetitive and boring!

It’s not true as you alleged. This is an extended low impact 30min workout plan that targets specific areas. while burns more calories, holding this workout to the last minute makes one realize it’s more than low impact.❤️❤️🙏❤️
