Taking 10 mins for your yoga everyday is better than 60 mins once a week. Find that 10, you deserve it!

This did put a smile on my face 1st thing this morning. Like within an hour posted, I went to do my usual morning practice and I randomly choose. THIS new video was there. How fun. BUT I did laugh cause it was a little difficult at first, lol. Cute one

Hi! When I sit in hero it’s painful. I don’t know why. I used to be able to when gardening etc so naturally. Lately it’s painful. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I had that too for years! My knee always hurt in hero pose. I was in Bali and the massage therapist said I have to go to massage regularly for my legs, they are not good. So I went daily to massage my legs and stretched them, while lying on my Belly and pulling one feet to me and pointing the other feet away from me. And while standing on one front of a feet on a stairs. This released the tension and since then, after about 1-2 months, I'm able to sit in hero after over 15-25 years not beeing able to do that.
