Bought udon noodles for the first time today and tried the first dish. Halved the amount of chili powder (i don't have flakes right now) because I'm a baby with spices and it was a huge hit! My mum loved it and i loved it! The noodles are so chunky and good and the spice was not overpowering at all

The curry one looks fantastic! Aaron forgot (pretty sure....) to mention to use whole milk. :-) Wife walked in on me at 13:44 and asked what I was watching, so I yelled, "CLAaaire!" because it was the right thing to do.

In most cultures coconut milk or yogurt is used with curry powder. Milk in an Asian dish surprised me. But it is the cheapest choice.

I've never cooked Korean dishes before. I don't do "spicy" well usually, but I made your five minute stir-fried udon, and I'm totally in love. I chose a whole week of your dishes to make this week and this was my first. So easy and just such a lovely blend of flavors. I'm gonna eat WELL this week!! Thank you!!

All looks so yummy! Thanks, Aaron for the demo. Claire describes each flavor clearly and I wonder which one she prefers. I've made the first recipe 3 times now and the best is with steak. I did add brocolli, bok choy and onion as well. I tried chicken and pork but the beef is best. I just bought a steak and cut it very thin. Yummy! So simple. Thank you so much!
