i have been following your videos and doing all the exercises as instructed. So far nothing drastic happened, but I notice lil' bits of improvements here and there on my face. I do not expect a quick recovery. It gonna be a slow process. To all the viewers who were stricken by this malady, I pray for your recovery. Oh Allah, Lord of the people, remove our suffering. Heal us as You are the healer. None can heal but You. I beg You to bring about healing that leaves behind no ailments.

Thank you for your videos. My Bell's palsy started 6 days ago. I immediately started researching and came across your videos. Thanks to you I went to my clinic got on a medication program and supplements. Also from your videos I am doing my self care. Taping my face and eye appropriately as well as exercises and massage. My facial swelling is down and I can close my eye and blink. My forehead movement is still a challenge, my eye is still drooping slightly and nose movement is minimal. I know it's a journey but feeling confident I will get through it. Thank you so much for providing all of the information on your channel.

Hey guys, I currently have the palsy, it started 15 days ago, this is the third time it happens to me. Last two times it lasted about 10 months for me to fully recover, have faith that you will be ok not matter how long it takes but also make sure you do the exercises. I know I will get better and you will also if you do what is needed.

Thank you so much for your video. It truly helped me a lot on the early stage of bells palsy, I really believed that my speedy recovery from this ailment could be attributed partly with your advise but , of course, with the help of the doctors and physical theraphy who assisted me immensely to recover fast. It took me just barely three weeks to fully recover from bells palsy.

Four days with bells palsy. I’ve had many challenges in my life but this one really took me by surprise. first you need to understand that sometimes the bell's palsy recovery takes time, depending on the level of damage that occurs to the facial nerve, and what you might see as a lack of recovery may be a residual muscles weakness or tightness of surrounding muscles, hence focus on: FACIAL MASSAGE, FACIAL STRETCHING EXERCISES AND FACIAL MUSCLE EXERCISES
