Need to include a program that focuses in Military or Civilian Divorce while the other party is overseas away from their respected country etc. Whether the party is the Petitioner or the Defendant.

Spouse not reporting income from parents that moved into the marital home, before the divorce is final.

What about perjury and subonation of perjury? False accusations leading to unjust loss of parenting time? What about a Jury if the Judge gives custody to the abusive parent and slaps you with enormous child support payments based upon false accusations? Will my lawyer defend me using all of my Rights in the Constitution? If not, why not?

What do you suggest to guys who have actually slapped there wife's and unreasonably hurt there kids physically emotionally and molested them? Can those guys escape. This is what happened with me and I got to know about my kids being molested after I filed charges for DV. I am struggling with validation here. Still can't believe it's happening with us . I have a feeling he will escape justice.
