I would love to have this "Hired Gun" on my side! I learned a lot.... Yes my own lawyer said the same.... Men... Keep your contact with your "lovely" wife to a minimum.. Believe me... If you do not.. Things can and will come back to you.. Found that one out!

If I've already paid a retention fee for a lawyer, can I get any of that money back if I wanted to hire C&C, or am I out that money?

Omg you are the greatest. Blue collar man here , I will call, I’m sure she will win.. she makes over 120,000. And I make about 40,000 she is telling me she will not give anything for the house. I don’t have the money to fight her to win..and I don’t know about the kids.what is the laws . But I don’t have any thing to lose, but my kids .thank you very much

They definitely protect the women, there's men that are worth millions that bought the best lawyers that still get/got screwed by that wicked system. There's always exceptions to the rules but I'm talking about the RULE, not the exceptions. The rule is, if you have a penis, prepare to be destroyed! A truthful/good attorney will tell you this every time. Just prepare to be destroyed and to rebuild your life afterwards.

C&C, you failed to mention constitutionally protected parental rights. Just because a parent declares neglect, they must prove the other unfit under due process.
