What are the steps do u have to take when you put your son's father on child support and does not pay and does not help with anything aswell as gets abusive with words and has taken him to court

How much child support will you pay if you only make 50k a year and the mother doesn't even work?

It is a very lawyer answer but "it depends". That is not enough information. Also there are many factors which overall determine what child support would be if at all.

Yes they help more the one who was paying child support, in this case, the father, than to me no having even a job at this moment, with two children of 16 years old and 13, they are not giving me a cent and the father gettin more than $10,000 monthly from his work, smh, he having a good lawyer and expensive one, and I can't afford one, so here always get what they want, or win, the one who got money, so yes, I am feeling discriminate from everyone by the law in Florida south. And here are all about the benefit for the children right? Not in my case!
