1. Full Body Strech 2. Knees to chesst 3. Supine twist (L) (Just 5 breaths) 4. Supine twist (R) (Just 5 breaths) 5. Seated forward bend 6. Spinal reach 10 breaths (almost) each ex.

The cycle of stretches on the beginning transitioned too quickly, thought it would be a follow along/breath with me practice. Good stretches overall.

This is the BEST morning stretch video I've found! What I LOVE about it is that all the exercises can be done in bed as soon as waking up. They're quick, which makes for an easy routine unlike all those complicated stretches that take over 15 minutes and that no one has time or energy to do in the mornings. These stretches are easy to memorize and really get you going. Thank you!!

I really love it. It's helping me start my new, more self aware life phase getting up earlier but nicely and gently in the morning. What I really hate about this is that sometimes instructor doesn't wait for you to complete all the assigned breaths and it makes it trickier and more stressful to follow. I wish for a full version. Either way great voice, great explanation, great visuals.

I’m 22 and havnt sat and a crossed my legs in literally around 15 years!!! I’m very physically active but do not involve any stretching what so ever! The outsides of my hips feel SOO tight and my knees hurt! Going to need lots of practice

I've been doing this every morning for the last week and my bones are starting to feel much better being I have arthritis and can't do much exercise but this really helps and is not too hard to do . Thank you 😊

thanks so much for this! i found that after doing these five it was easy to transition into other stretches that i might need. or even just sitting and breathing afterwards was quite effective.

This is the best wake up stretching ever! The other videos (not you) showing us yoga or other sport stretching but this is exactly what I need to get up from the bed in the morning 🤭.Thank you!!!

So because of previous i just "sat around and healed" for decade not realizing that along w becoming unhealthy overweight my flexibility and mobility ans sure footedness dropped, somewhere along they way it became the who new injury. Im gonna start stretching every day. Thank you

Going is very good. These are good stretches that will energize and decompress the spine and add to suppleness and dexterity of the body before warm up exercises.

So cool. A few of these i have been doing for a long time now and i used to be called duck but, cuz i was like an S shape my hips where tilted to the front. since i do the stretches my hips have straightened out a bit. I love all of these and will ad the ones i have not done. 👍🏻👍🏻😉

I am gonna try this tomorrow on a workday too, right here comfy under the blankets, because I HATE coming out of bed, it don't matter if I was in bed voor 5, 8 or 12 hours, my bed is the best place to be. So now I can trick myself into getting up while also stay under my blanket, heheHEHEHE

I had to keep pausing the video to make the number of breaths mentioned because 5 breaths is not only 2-3 seconds, isn't it? Or maybe she means that we do them on our own following her suggested number of breaths? Anyway. That's what I did. I like the stretches though.
