The shitty thing about being stalked is that there's really nothing to stop it until you're assaulted or worse. Its absolutely terrifying to hear and see law enforcement telling you that, too.

I’d heard of a couple of these but wasn’t aware of the extremely light sentences given to some of the abusers/killers. Shocking. And sad.

I remember Molly, it was all over the papers here in the U.K. when it happened & my heart just broke for her family & friends. That poor young girl must have been terrified out of her wits. She wasn’t unkind to him, just firm, she evidently didn’t want to string him along when the feelings were no longer mutual & she felt like she couldn’t live her life the way she wanted to without him breathing down her neck. For him to then set up accounts.. smear her name (or try to !) & just bombard her with abuse & threats must have left her so frightened, even more so when the police didn’t even DO anything. And THEN to turn up everytime she left the house.. that poor lass didn’t stand a chance. My love & blessings go to Molly’s family, & all of the victims family’s featured x

I once had dated a guy for about 2 months but he was a rebound. When I broke it off he would never go away. He changed his # about 30 times at least bc I would always block his calls & texts & I had to change my # several times bc he would find someone to give him my new #. He would pound on my windows, just stood across my street staring at me until cops would come he would disappear. Finally he did something & went to prison for a while.

The last one poor girl broke my heart 💔 may she rest in peace. 😔

When you find out ur being stalked that is the worst. I used to be stalked back in my teenage years alot. The most scariest was when I used to take the subway to work and there was always this one guy whod get on the train with me and stop at my stop. Hed always stare at me but I didnt think about it until one day I turned back and noticed him follow me towards a supermarket. I then got inside another store and he followed. He approached me and asked for my name. I made up a fake name and pretended to call my friend. I had to stop taking the subway because I was afraid he would find out where I live.

And is completely willing to get to know people. He may seem like a loner/without friends. But he's got plenty and he's outgoing underneath it all. I'm truly happy I haven't had any of these experiences and that I've found a great guy. But I am sorry to each individual person that had to endure such a tragedy.

Holy shit, the south Korean one...the fact that one second is the difference between a potential rape is terrifying.

I’ve been stalked lots of times. Once by a doctor , who obtained my mobile number from my medical records when I was a patient in hospital . When I got home I saw that I had 45 missed calls ( my phone was on silent) . All from him. He sent me a new mobile , on his contract so it was just contact for me and him ., he said. I threw it away, I think he wanted to track my movements . He wanted to take me shopping buy me designer handbags etc and , ‘treat me like a princess ‘ . Of course I refused! No matter what I said he wouldn’t leave me alone . My male friend then told him very sternly that if he didn’t leave me alone I’d report him to the medical council and he’d lose his whole career . That’s what stopped him . ( I’d told him myself but it didn’t stop him)

Last year one guy stalked me for a week, i became suspicious of him only in the fifth day because i thought he was one of my neighbours but then he texted me in fb that was when i realised he was stalking me, he sent me photos and videos of me and my house. I was scared to death, he even sent perverted words to me.. and i told my parents and we told the police, then they caught him, thank God I'm a minor, because it makes his case bigger, my dad almost choked him at the police station... From then on I'm suspicious of every strangers i see more than once. (Sorry about my bad english) Edit : please note that i did not text him back and left him on seen before he sent the photos. Because there are lots of guys who randomly says "hi" "how are you", "what are you doing" to girls (most girls gets this on social media) but most of them are not stalkers i leave them on seen and they just stop texting, so i thought he was one of those guys, but then he sent the video and photos (which i said earlier)
