When she mentioned the core and protecting your spine … no one has ever explained it like that! I have a weak core and because of that I feel it all in my back. It’s all a mess! I need very clear explanations. This was awesome!

With compound you have to pay attention to form and every group of muscles involved. That's why it's called compound and not isolated. Compound = group, isolated if a part or just a muscle. Also, check in with a trainer or use a mirror to help yourself get and maintain the right form. Get the right food, get in the right headspace, which would result in the right hormones in order to build as you wish. So in comparison, she did explained nuthing.

These exercises are great for you women but for us men since we have testicles a close stance doesn't work out so well, lol! Men like myself are just too fragile for these close stance upper leg muscles. Very intense upper leg training with variety is much more natural for you women then for us men for biology reasons since you women are designed to give birth so strong upper leg muscles are very important for women more so then men since men have to be very cautious for these exercises because of the fragility of our testicles. Men the stronger sex? For upper body yes but for upper leg muscles no. Professional male bodybuilders get hugh legs but this is from heavy steroid use and heavy steroid use shrinks the Testicles and the testicles are the most manly thing on a male body. So getting large and strong legs aren't natural for us men but for women it is natural.

Omg! Thank you so much for this? You explained and showed everything very clearly! The one I always have a hard time doing is the hip thrusts, my body positioning was wack. I can’t thank you enough for this! Stay fit and beautiful!

Krissy, this video is soooo helpful! Thank you for taking the time to put it together, demonstrating each movement and explaining it. Even your description of the ways someone can progressively overload is better than I've heard before. Thank you!

Beautiful!! Thank you so much for all the teachings and tips. It was so clear to understand. It looks like a massage when you are doing single leg deadlifts. So smooth and comfortable. I enjoyed to watch this video.

Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. I'm following nextleveldiet fat loss meal plan for three weeks now and my boyfriend has already started complimenting my body 😊Great video Krissy, keep up the good work!!

Diet is SUPER important of course, probably the most important element, but you definitely do not need EXACT portions to grow. It might help to speed things along, but not absolutely necessary.

Love how you've tried to highjack this video inserting yourself into the comments section and offering pointers and nutritional advice, before signing off with a fake piss weak compliment 👎 What a narcissist twat u are, people see right through that BS, get a life!!

I appreciate very much how you approach your videos to teach and help. Form is the most important thing. Your videos never scream Insta or just men attracting booty video's. Though myself and a lot of us want booty growth your amazing at helping us safely and properly mastering exercises. I can't tell you how many women I've watched that mainly have a male audience, do only ig workouts, and never explain. Also Thank you, deadlifts and split squats are what I've been struggling with. I also have lower back problems and if my form is off one bit my back pain kicks in

thank you so much for this!! I was so lost at the gym because i didn't know how to do most of the exercises and all the videos I've watched so far don't touch on the details of the form but I'm so so glad you do.
