The clips are actually called collars. The best compound exercise has to be the overhead squat. It doesn't miss very many muscles.

another tip is if you are all the time weak and not in mood for anything no matter how much you train, consider testing your IRON in your blood, you might have IRON deficiency! Iron needs time to build up in the body, be consistent , take it for moths and get tested again.
