I still have your Fear Agent Library éditions and ther are definitely one of my top 5 if not too 3 collected editions. I came across a volume 2 at a local shop if you want to check it out. Altered state comics, call ahead to make sure it’s still there.

Great list...Rick Remender is very underrated as a writer, even though he has worked on some very well received high profile titles. Glad I got the Fear Agent library editions and the Uncanny X-Force omnibus.

Strange Girl, my favorite Remender work, not even a mention? Always loved that book. Deadly Class, Seven to Eternity, Low up there as well.

Deadly Class pulled me back into comics and was the first of his work i read. Excited to jump into another one of his stories. Now i just have to try and make up my mind which one. Such a tough decision.

Hey Mike. Both "Tokyo Ghost" & "Fear Agent" have been miniseries/series I've thought about getting. Sean Murphy is an incredible artist. His work on "John Constantine, Hellblazer: City of Demons" is fantastic! And dystopian futures(be it the Mad Max kind or cyberpunk kind or whatever kind, lol)have always been intriguing to me. Rick Remender's "Devolution" is a an awesome dystopian, crazy, Mad Max-ish, sci-fi, action, horror, dark humor(I guess a bit of everything, lol)single volume tpb! It's wild, over-the-top, gruesome, & straight-up brutal/sick at times- but never crosses into "torture porn" type content(which I know some horror fans luv; but, as a lover of horror myself, I personally detest it, & am glad this book never takes it to that level, imho). "Fear Agent" always looked like a fun, humorous, pulpy sci-fi/act-adventure story- which I'd luv! But I read some reviews that said about halfway thru the series, it goes from the kind of book I just described to being very dark & serious... depressing, even. So, I've been hesitant to pick it up. Does it change tone that drastically, & become depressing, in ur opinion? Great video, as always! Thanx, bro! 😊👍🏻👍🏻❤

I haven't read Uncanny X-Force yet, but it seems universally adored. I love Remender's independent work across the board, but you're right Deadly Class is the best! I'm only one trade into Seven to Eternity, so I can't fairly comment on that one either.

I really enjoyed Death or Glory which wrapped recently. Bengals art was super kinetic. Looking forward to picking up The Scumbag when that comes out

I’ve read deadly class black science low seven to eternity and Tokyo ghost. I love all of them for different reasons. That being said deadly class got my pulse rising first time I read it.I love how no character is good anyone could die and the drug fueled violent circumstances had me glued to each page. 10/10 would read again.

I'm still waiting for my copies of the 9 Black Science volumes, but Tokyo Ghost and X-Force are absolutely brilliant! Fear Agent is alright and Deadly Class is by far his weakest work for me. But I know I'm really alone with that option, not having found anyone, who agrees with that. 😂 The one I'm missing in this video is his Venom run. That book made me cry multiple times and reading it had long term positive effects on me!

I feel like The Last Days of American Crime is his most underrated work. It’s one of my favorite Remender books (while UXF I think is extremely overrated). His Secret Avengers run with Matteo Scalera is also really good.

Fear Agent or Black Science? Which did you like more. I had alot of ppl saying Fear Agent so I read that series and loved it. I'm not a huge sci fi so I stayed away from black science.

Remender is amazing, one of my favorite writers. The only thing i haven't liked from him is Axis which was awful. But aside from that his body of work is super solid

I feel like I need to re-read deadly class because of most titles I've read, I didn't care for it

Maximoff twins' connection with Magneto since the FUCKING EARLY 60s made them INTERESTING and added FLAVOR to their characters. I overlooked so far, the shit they've been doing like making the She-Hulk look like a fucking DUDE, Captain America as the fucking HYDRA and making and FORCING that fucking SPACE KAREN more important than Rogers as the fucking leader of the Avengers? It’s one thing to hold opposite political views but actively singling our customers and telling them not to buy their product; how stupid. Oh well. I may check out Tokyo ghost but I will be sure to pick it up on eBay. I’m not giving him a cent.
