Google to look up Tinctures, you can also preserve in oil but search for more in depth.. Be aware of the right spot to plant, also herbs are *strong and can affect prescribed meds.

Please note: Garlic is also used to bring down blood pressure because it thins the blood. 5 to 6 raw cloves a day is way too much. You are asking for trouble. 1 or 2 is more sensible. If using garlic in cooking quantity is not a factor. If you are going in for surgery please do not eat garlic because of the blood thinning. Some European wisdom here. Hope this helps.
@Blurb777
@Blurb777 13 күн бұрын
You are correct. 2 cloves of garlic maximum because it does thin the blood.. Garlic also helps to regenerate the liver. Again, two cloves per day is all you need.

Very useful and informative, thank you from Andalucia, Spain. So who would want to be 75 ? Yes, you´ve got it ---- someone who is 74, that´s me. I´ll ask Isabella, who sells everything horticultural down in the pueblo for Lemon Balm and Oregano. Some herbs grow for me, some don´t, so I major on tomatoes and their naughty cousins, (not a problem here). The one plant I turn to most, especially in summer, is Aloe Vera, I have two large clumps which I have come to value highly over the years. Bites and stings, sweat rash, cuts and scratches, and probably more. I cut a stalk, carve it into a paintbrush and apply liberally. I´m trying a new insecticide --- handful of bay leaves in a litre of hot water, leave for two days and strain. Add water 1: 2 and you have 3 litres. Good for greenfly I´m told, which would be better than smoking them. So many videos seem to be a large head looming out of the screen, shouting into a microphone --- I think you´ve got it down.

I just had a thought. We talk about having a certain amount of water for each person. If we lose electricity most of us will lose water. We need to have a water source for our gardens. It would take about 8 55gal barrels to keep mine going. Jinne your videos always make me think outside of the box! Thanks

Try to fine a food grade IVC tote to catch rain water with. And make sure you paint it either black or dark green. Amazon also has covers for 275 gallon tanks or cover it in black plastic. This keeps algae from growing in the water. And there are ways to treat it for back up drinking water. If needed. But you need to look up that information.

We have set each of our rainbarrels on a 6 block cement pedestal, 2 blocks per layer, 3 layers high.... be sure to set middle layer in different orientation so the pedestal will be secure. We top each pedestal with a 24" x 24" paving stone. This pedestal allows enough water pressure to gravity feed beds that are several hundred feet away. Our rainbarrel system is 20 years old. We have barrels that catch rainwater from roofs. Those are mainly for watering garden tubs & beds. Then we have some rainbarrels set out away from buildings or trees to just catch rainwater from the sky. That water is relatively pure.... that is backup drinking, cooking & livestock water. We'd still at least filter the skywater, but it's much cleaner than the garden rainbarrel water.

You need 70% vodka to make an oregano tincture. I think Everclear is 75%. You can do more research to find out how much pure water to add to bring it down to 70%. That way you'll have the information for yourself.

I’ve been using Garlic as my antibiotic for several years now. It has been working very well for me. This is how I do it: I mash a couple of cloves through a garlic press into a small bowl or measuring cup. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the allicin to build up. I then add a little honey to it and eat it quickly with some water. It can be taken with food as well but not cooked. I do this every 4-6 hours for about a week or so. Before I tried this I spent lots of time reading whatever I could find about it. I read somewhere that it is being used for people with antibiotic resistance. I hope this helps.

Great video but I have one critique: Not sure what your tooth infection was but, decay can’t be healed. It’s like saying a pot hole can fill itself in. An abscess can heal with medicinals but really, it’s an indicator that the tooth is dying- the pain comes from the pressure, it cant escape. Eventually the infection will cause a fistula (opening, escape route) and then the pressure is relieved thus, alleviating pain. If the abscess stays gone, it’s because the tooth died. When a tooth finally dies, the jaw bone surrounding the tooth will resorb and that bone loss is not good for the mouth. A root canal or extraction is necessary. Anyway, I love herbal medicinals but wanted to let readers know, you can’t “heal” a tooth without dental treatment. The “infection” is the sign that your tooth is in trouble. Now, if you had an infection in the gums surrounding the tooth, that’s a whole different story. Gum disease can feel like a toothache. Gum disease with proper treatment is totally manageable through a dental office, and yes, herbal medicinals could be used in conjunction with. Sincerely, retired hygienist

Garlic works best if takrn on empty stomach. One clove, sliced, let sit 5 minutes. Put in mouth and roll with saliva for 30 minutes. Spit out garlic after soaking all the juice after 30 minutes. This is donevon empty stomach. This is called Chinese remedy. I've done this for 3 days. I felt better than before. It needs to be done for 7 days.

By Cal Fire and Homeowners Insurance new rules ( I know the fire rules are necessary ) we had to remove the rosemary in a retaining wall planter broke my heart we hauled 2 trailers to the green waste dump. I planted the rosemary in 1989. We used a big hoist to remove the rootballs. I have more planted on the back yard bank, which we will remove. Lemon balm smells heavenly, but when we lived in Seattle I found it to be really invasive - we used to say it should come with a warning label! One issue that I seem to always worry about is hypothyroidism. I had to have a thyroidectomy and must take levothyroxin for the rest of my life. What am I going to do if I can't get it? Do you know of any herb I can grow that could be a substitute? It is very frightening to me.

'Antibiotic' in a petri dish or actually in the body (having got past the digestive process intact)? In what concentration/amount? Plant omega 3s are not a form the human body can use

I've tried growing lemon balm, but the edges of the leaves turn black. Any idea what might cause that? I've asked several and no one has been able to give me an answer.

Great info but you really should show or at the very least tell how to use these herbs besides putting in food. I believe you say how to use oregano and garlic. And show more the herb than your face

I'd like to know how everybody has their lavender growing and their tarragon and their Sage. I can't get none of my stuff to grow and today my people let my chickens out after I asked them not to and they destroyed all of my lettuce all of my watermelon that were already growing and they got all of my Crenshaw melon that are heirloom and extremely hard to find and they got all of my golden honeysuckle melon I'm f****** pissed.😢😢😢 I've put a lot of time into my garden. I did however go out and harvest a bunch of yellow squash and some sweet peas and two different types of pole beans in the full moon barefoot absolutely amazing. And I even used my crystals inside of the sprayer that I've been sitting out since the start of the full moon so I'm charging my water as I'm watering the gardens... thank you for putting this video content out everybody needs to pay attention. I have a video I put in my shorts channel of a specific plant that is looking like an evasive weed and it's loaded with thorns but it actually treats dysentery and it's an anti-inflammatory and it works to treat birds for a certain thing that's going on yes I found it the universe has been hammering me with it all over my garden and I'm thinking it's an evasive weed in the universe has been speaking to me the whole time telling me to put this in my animals water so I have none of my animals are sick anymore😅😅😅😅 I figured out some stuff guys I'm willing to share with everybody
