I trade the rotel/diced tomatoes for a jar of salsa. 🍅 Put it with avocado and tortilla chips!

The closet Dollar Tree to us closed about four months ago. Last Sunday went to the next closest to us, and saw a lot of spaces not filled in. Garden supplies are already gone. They have a lot of plastic containers and craft items but hit and miss on most of the food. Their section with basic hardware items had lots of missing items. They had one end cap at the end of one of the aisles that had nothing on those shelves. Usually they had been putting anything random to just to fill that empty spot so surprised they had nothing in that spot. We’re going to try a few other DT but not finding some things like shown in this video for quite a while.

Hi, interesting video. Is there any way to vacuum seal used coffee jars, that only have a fairly flimsy plastic screw-on top? The mason jar lids have a different screw thread & thus are not suitable. Thanks.

Rewatched to put together more jars. Bought 3 cases of Hungry Jack Potatoes at costco. Thrive Life and Augason Farm are wonderful products. Great helpful video.

Thanks for this version of bean salad, looks refreshing and delish. My mom would make bean salad by using kidney beans, sweet pickles, boiled eggs, and mayo. Love your hair!

I make a similar version. Red onions work well with it too! I also use balsamic vinegar and olive oil. 😊

Mama made bean salad with green beans, wax beans, kidney beans, onion, celery, maybe bell pepper if we had one, salt, sugar and vinegar, some seasonings. Very refreshing, and so good after it sat in the fridge overnight.

Did you say FALL?? Oh please, GOD, please bring it. Heat index right now in SW TN is 110. The temp is 97 but, it feels every bit of 110. We've been eating a lot of cold pasta salads with the tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden. I have a lot of oregano. But, this year my Dill was out of this world. If I kept all of it I'd have enough dill and dill seed for the rest of my life. It got to four feet tall and fell over. It helps keep the squash bugs at bay some too. I planted those babies everywhere. LOL Thanks for a new COLD recipe!! Love from the oven in Tn.

Sounds good - I will have to try adding corn and tomatoes to the one I make. I put be ok peppers in mine and also some olive oil. I will have to try yours and maybe mix the two salads. Yes summer is definitely cold salad days.

Research Aquafaba. It is the juices from the garbonzo beans. It acts as an emulsifier to make yummy stuff.

You could toss it in the fridge for a soup, it would add flavor and nutrients. I would just use it within 4-5 days.
