Wow. This really is the best video I’ve come across for IBS. Clearly explained and giving a list of food separately for constipation and diarrhea is brilliant and most helpful. I practices Vipassana meditation for IBS morning 1 hour and evening 1 hour for stress and anxiety ,I eat lot of water based vegetables like cucumber ,bottle gourd etc .I avoided taking all dairy products,sugar,refined flour and products . Now I feel comfortable ....
