Good points. What about the power washing the house, driveway. What about the grass dying and difficult to maintain? Starting to get crowded in the HOA areas is a point of the master planned communities. Still a nice area if you can afford it. Pretty good video

LOL...also good points but all easily remedied. The crowding is a matter of opinion I suppose. Not nearly as crowded as the big cities. :)

If that’s 5 bad reasons I will give you 150 everywhere else. I strongly suggest to travel more and kiss Ponte Vedra after coming back.

A testament to just how far the country has fallen. Everything they touch Demonrats and Republicants turn to sh!$t. We have only our clueless selves to blame. Or is something more sinister going on? It's probably a combination of both actually. Thank God this world is not my home. And Thank God most who created this world will NOT be allowed into the new earth. They'd just screw that one up too. Now let us pray 🙏.

Eaten, not murdered. We're part of the food chain and when in their habitiat you are on the menu. And the worse part is gators are terrible and I mean TERRIBLE tippers.
