I believe a good sigh is whenever no matter what point the break up is at, when you do talk they unnecessarily go in on you, whether it be to try and hurt or help you try and fix yourself no matter how harsh it may be. However when men arent actually invested in you they may only be holding on to what they fed off of from the woman - status and perks, business plugs, money/material things and sex. Only thing I disagree with is the family contact. My ex's family and I had a very good relationship. When we parted ways the only people I wanted to see were her parents, not her. Not once did I ask for her to be present or have any knowledge of my visits or calls. Even to this day there is no contact between us, however, my relationship with the family is unchanged without her. You just have to make it clear to ALL parties that any continued relationships have nothing to do with the old relationship, nor is the subject of anything current separate relationships to be spoken of. I don't speak on her, and I don't speak on my current relationship. Trust me it works, everything must be kept in context.
